"I love this cottage and all the property that surrounds it. The hiking was wonderful followed by some time relaxing on the screened porch passing time watching farm life. This is our second visit and we will return. "

"This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again."

"Already left a review from last week. Staying a second time in a week will emphasize this is a nice place that I would stay again in a week. See other review for what I liked (which was everything). This studio gets lots of natural light (which is great). However, in the summer months you may want to bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in."

"This second floor apartment brings modern convenience to the historic space. Everything works as it should, and the space is well appointed and very clean. Great neighborhood with several restaurants within a three-block radius. Good communication with David and simple access. Highly recommend."

"This place is awesome so much room and activities. Mostly adults stayed but it would be great with smaller children as well. Very nice pool they would enjoy. Great neighborhood and peaceful. Definitely would stay again. Host was very responsive as well. Thank you!"

"This house was excellent exactly what we needed for our family. Besides hitting every box we needed (bathroom on first floor, pet friendly, pool) it also was in a perfect location not far from anywhere we wanted to go. The owners also conveniently provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and materials to cook with. We enjoyed our time at this house and would definitely book it again. "

"Great location!"

"Loved the second story, rustic yet modern style of this property. The kitchen had awesome appliances and cookware and the deck/fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch to enjoy time outside. The host responded in seconds to any request we had (even lengthening our stay due to changing tournament schedule). Highly recommend! We also enjoyed the cute restaurants that are only steps away. "

"The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures - very up to date, clean and well designed. We were extremely comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. The high quality and attention to detail made our family feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel.The location was perfect with most attractions and interests being 8 minutes away.If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.Great...

"Super cute place and good location walkable to many restaurants. Could use some more dishes & cooking utensils. The only inconvenience is the parking that expires at 6am daily. You have to set your alarm to renew the parking since it can't be done automatically with the app."

"We had a wonderful stay. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from College. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great outside area to grill or sit by the fire. Great host Great house!!! "

"This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. Airwick scent in the rest of the apartment - not unpleasant - but if you are scent sensitive it could be an issue.As other...
