However, I wish that there was a temperature gauge to where we could turn it up or down to our liking. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed providing some of...

"Good Stay, but Air Conditioning Needs Improvement
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East. Everything was good, except for the air conditioning in my room, which did not cool properly. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, it was never resolved. As a result, I had to spend both nights feeling uncomfortably warm.
It’s disappointing that the issue wasn’t addressed, especially after bringing it to their attention. Other than that, my experience...

"The place is run down. The bathtub had rust stains and cracked around the drain. We had no hot water one day. The sink also would not drain. The final bill had extra fees added for parking, I was disappointed and will not stay there again, even though I have started there in the past."

"The hotel was ok. The sheets had some stains and the pull out couch had food crumbs and wasn't clean. There was a mattress sheet but no blanket and the sheet was stuffed into the closet instead of folded. The breakfast was minimal but doable. But I don't think I'll be going back."
