Lovely 4 Bedroom Private House on Holden Road in Beaver Creek Village

Nestled amongst an aspen glade in the exclusive Beaver Creek Resort, this lovely private home offers guests a wonderful vacation experience with a private hot tub for the ski season. With over 4,200 square foot of living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with two master suites, ideal for friends and family to share. Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.

The main level of the property features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a large breakfast bar perfectly designed to entertain. The adjacent dining area seats 8 people with additional breakfast bar seating. In addition, the sprawling Great Room offers elegant hardwood floors, a large stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular aspen glade views.

This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 472 Holden Road have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.

Your dedicate Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.

This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service on alternate days for stays five nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.

Good home, but needs updating

Its a nice home. Lot's of room and light in the main family area and the two masters. The lower level bedrooms can feel dark and lighting is ok at best down there. Could use an upgrade with stove top (it was tricky to get the burners to light up but we figured it out), sheets, blankets, and amenities given the premium paid for the home.Everything is functional and the property manager is responsive to any calls.The maid service was not acceptable and they came back to redo the work the next day after a difficult conversation/texting with property manager.

Great Family Vacation

We loved staying at this home. Very clean, kitchen well equipped for all our cooking/serving needs. Nice big table to seat all our guests. Location was great, easy access to the mountain and shops/restaurants via Village Connect. Would love to book again!

Family ski trip - was great!!!

We spent 7 days in the house in a group of 10 - two familes. The stay was great! The house is even better in person than showed in the pictures. Well equipped, confortable and the cleaning was perfect. It's a 5 min drive to the village and, although it's not a ski in/out location, the shuttle works very well with the APP and it's prepared to take all the ski equipment. It was very easy and practical to get to the slopes with the shuttle. We loved Beaver Creek and would certainly stay in this house again!!

Great Experience, Could Use some Updates

Great location and house was comfortable, although gas cooktop is outdated and wall ovens too small and don't fit normal size baking trays. Made it difficult to cook at times when staying with kids and cooking dinner is more convenient then going out. Ice machine was not working, but the fridge had an ice maker. Lots of mismatch in light bulb colors with a mix of LED and traditional incandescent lights. Maid service was welcomed and a nice to have, but quality of cleaning lacking. Above just some feedback for areas of improvement. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was huge and well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The four bedrooms were large and gave us more than enough room. I highly recommend the Holden Street house!

Excellent home/experience

Very large home - we only had 6 people - could easily accommodate 10-12. Wonderful location with easy shuttle service via Village Connect app to BC village. Two master bedrooms a big plus. Loved the hot tub and BBQ. We’ll likely be back.

Outstanding across the board

I will definitely stay in this house again. It's super nice, very big, the location is awesome - only a couple minutes from the village/lifts, has everything you'd ever want, and the property manager is on top of it all and is instantly available if you have any questions. There really isn't anything negative I can say about it. They did it right. I'll be back.

Great home!!

We stayed in this home for a long weekend and it was fantastic! Starting with the very helpful management company, we were off to a good start - they were incredibly helpful. When we couldn't figure the fireplace out, maintenance was at our door to help within minutes. The home is located on a beautiful street, among the trees with gorgeous views. There's a great hot tub outside for soaking ... and plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and very large - plenty of room for lots of cooks in the kitchen.!

A wonderful place to stay with your family!

We stayed here for four days. We were a group of 10 people, and we fit comfortably. The house is close to the Beaver Creek Village, only a 5 minute bus ride away. Despite how large it is, it is cozy and perfect for winding down and relaxing after a long day of skiing. The property was clean and well equipped. Overall, it was a great stay.
