Both homes have access to exclusive amenities at the Westin Riverfront and are a short walk from the Riverfront Gondola at Beaver Creek.

This home is located within the Riverfront Lodge which boasts a private outdoor terrace with an oversized spa pool and a cozy fire pit. This is where you can unwind and soak up the stunning Colorado scenery.

Please note a mandatory resort fee of $120/day is included in the rate. This fee is not marked up and is paid directly to the HOA to maintain access to amenities. The fee cannot be deleted or reduced.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions:

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
