"This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!"

"This was a gem of a place. The property was gorgeous, the accommodations were comfortable and clean and the host, Ryan, was really great. We loved chatting with him and getting a tour of the place and his pups, Bourbon and Cider were soooo sweet. Our kids especially loved feeding Walter and visiting the chickens. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal."

The yard was good for our dog, however it is not completed secure, so we did keep our dog on a leash was on the patio. Very nice to be able to bbq as well. Also, the store across the street has an impressive variety of unique stuff such as yeast for baking home made bread! "
