Ideally located for easy access to all the amazing outdoor pursuits that Aviemore has to offer, yet nestling in a quiet street with enclosed private garden to relax and enjoy after a busy day. Our property is freshly decorated, has bright modern decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms (master ensuite), comfy lounge and well equipped dining kitchen, Linmore is perfect for families, and couples and with private enclosed garden is ideal for children and dogs.

Good location in a quiet area around a 15 minute walk from the town. Closer is the 7 Cafe for a good breakfast and coffee. The accommodation was a lovely place to return to after a full day in the mountains.

Fantastic host , pet friendly , shops nearby . Lovely clean place to stay , bungalow had everything you needed . This is our secound time staying here and we would recommemd this place to others. Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay. Just about everything you could think of was there for us and the WiFi was great! I had to do a Zoom interview one morning and had no issues. We loved the location. Very quiet but close enough to town that we had access to everything we needed. About a 55 min drive to the Lecht Ski centre from here. Worth it for all the amenities Aviemore has! Would absolutely stay again.

Relaxing visit to Aviemore and Cairngorms

Our family of five had a wonderful visit to Linmore in Aviemore! The home was so clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful; we were sad to leave! The amenities and recommendations were so appreciated and well thought out; especially the suggestion to make dinner reservations, as most places do book up. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Spotless house in a fantastic location

The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It's in a fantastic location, handy for all the amenities in Aviemore but also very close to the Speyside Way. The owner was really helpful and dealt with any queries promptly. I would highly recommend the property for a lovely relaxing dog friendly holiday in the Cairngorms.

Home from home

Plenty of room for a family of five (and a dog). Kids very pleased with the ratio of flat screen tvs to people and also the presence of a Xbox Easy access to the Aviemore Orbital walking circuit and also the Speyside way for cycling. 15-20 minute walk to centre of Aviemore and 5 mins from a co-op, chippy, pizza place etc

Home from home

Clean warm. Everything that you need. 20 minutes walk to town. Easy parking. Quick response to messages from Alison. Nice touch of a bottle of wine and selection boxes for the kid. We would stay here again when we are in Aviemore again

4 night stay - first time to Aviemore.

Lovely property, clean and well equipped for all your needs, there was a welcome gift on the dining room table with a bottle of wine, chocolates, domino’s and a pack of cards which was a lovely touch. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main high street where there are cafes, restaurants and various shops. The property owner Alison was very good at communicating, she replied very quickly to any questions you asked. I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if we return to Aviemore.

Fabulous 'home from home'

Lots of photos on the page are not exactly relevant. But when you find the one page of photos of the inside of the property you are sold. And rightly so. It is a lovely property. Well furnished and with everything you could possibly want. You also then understand the relevance of the other photos - it is a family home that the whole family enjoy. Well done Alison. We had a lovely time in your house. And thank you for making it available at such short notice. You must have a lovely caretaker in Brenda! Many thanks. We will definitely keep you in mind for future holidays.

A sweet home to get the family especially for Christmas

Lismore is a welcoming property, decorated with care, warm and full of charm, and well appointed. Also well situated to start walks or going to town. If we return in Aviemore, we probably ask again to reserve Linmore.
