"Got there, I had reserved 2 rooms they didn't have it. They only had one. They had to call to make sure. I showed them my receipts. They finally got us to a room and one room was ok, the one for myself, my husband and son was 79 degrees set on 50 it felt like an oven. We went outside to the pool and walked around praying it would cool off, it didn't. We were staying 2 days. Went to kids room and other family's room to cool off. Went to tell people at the desk and said they couldn't do...

"I stayed at this property a couple of times within a couple of times and each time i had problems with the shower and no hot water. It took at least 24 to 36 hours to get the problem resolved. I had two vouchers, one from each stay for two complimentary stays. When i attempted to use the vouchers, with multiple email exchanges that took over a month where they kept denying my dates and other terrible customer experience i had encountered, they are not allowing me use both vouchers together...

"My stay was amazing. The location for this place was perfect and close to everything. It was super private and its own getaway at the same time. Had outdoor seating, pool, and separate bbq area where you can unwind after a busy day. I had my own kitchenette, dishes etc, microwave and everything else you could need. One are that can improve a bit is the WiFi but that is because I was there for work, it still worked but laggy. It still gets 5 stars for me"

"We did not enjoy our stay here. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom with makeup all over it and it was wet. The mattresses were stained and dirty.
