"We loved Sand Castle, we were greeted by friendly staff who let us check in early so we could enjoy the pool. The motel was a little older but rooms were clean and comfortable, beautiful location, great pool and beachfront. Easy free parking for guests and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. It was a great few days and we would definitely stay again. Thank you. 😊 "

"This was a good stay. The hotel is rather plain and somewhat worn. But it is clean enough. My room was a suite. It was outstanding with a balcony facing the beach, multiple rooms, multiple TVs, fridge, microwave and a great view inland which showed the channel boats passing. Rarely have I ever been in a room so complete and comfortable. I spent a lot of time just laying in the comfy room and listening to the ocean. But I am sure that not all rooms are this complete. "I needed a refund due to last minute issues beyond my control . The hotel told me they had no problem with doing the refund but it is Expedias department. Expedia told me the opposite and they called with me on hold and the the hotel answered then hung up and forwarded any other attempts to voice mail . Please help with my refund ."

"Not enough parking, parking was roped off on the weekend. Walkway to beach was closed, had to walk down the road to reach the beach. Breakfast bar was plenty. Room cleaned not daily but if you asked they would have what you needed, soap, to. Refrigerator and microwave were on the floor, very difficult to use."

"Booked last minute on Expedia and arrived late in the day. Jodi and the team had to hustle a bit to get the room ready, but by the time I finished check-in, everything was set.
Room was spotless, AC worked great (huge plus in Florida), and I had a balcony overlooking the courtyard with an angled view of the ocean. You really can’t get much closer to being on the beach unless you pitch a tent.
