"The facility was unsafe and unsanitary. There was a clear mouse infestation, and the odor became unbearable. The lack of running water made the property unlivable. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns."

"Parking was fine until the roofers asked me to move my car because they needed the space for a huge dumpster. Roofers? While someone is using your property? Really frustrated that the host apparently had NO IDEA that Wednesday would start with a lot of hammering and noise around 7am. They were throwing all manner of debris off the roof, a lot of it landing on the porch, making it a dangerous proposition to enter and exit the property. When notified, the host said he would "talk to them" and...
