"Personnel extrêmement désagréable qui raccroche au nez des clients. Impossible de joindre la personne à l'accueil suite à un problème d'accès à la chambre. Il y a un combiné téléphonique posé à la réception, il faut faire le "9" mais personne ne réponds on tombe sur un répondeur..... Apparemment ..."

"Lovely, family-run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A locked garage to store our bikes overnight and a great restaurant with really excellent food and service. The hotel is centrally located in Neufchâtel and easy to find, just off the Voie Verte (Greenway) if you're cycling."

"The place has not been cleaned very well or maintained to a good standard. Electric wires hanging down. Cobwebs and dust everywhere and a resident mouse in the kitchen. The pool was not as hot as we hoped. And the sauna didn't work without tripping the electrics. On the plus side the amenities were ..."
