Welcome to Lago Vista Villa! This stunning property offers sweeping panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis. Enjoy sundowners on the balcony, relax in the pool or spa, and have dinner prepared using the outdoor kitchen.

LAGO VISTA VILLA: We have designed this home with your comfort in mind. The home offers incredible views, outdoor kitchen, pool/spa, and ample parking for up to 4 vehicles with an additional space for your boat/trailer. Lago Vista Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests with its 5 bedrooms and spacious open living and dining areas.

VILLA AMENITIES: The well-appointed indoor kitchen provides oven(not a double), dishwasher, extra refrigerator in the utility room, large pantry, and lots of counter space. (Please note the oven and refrigerators have been replaced and are slightly different from the picture) The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, refrigerator, and full-size sink. Private pool and spa are available for use. Spa can be heated upon request for up to 3 hours per day. (Please note: this is not a jetted spa, only heated) Lots of outdoor seating areas offer guests space to comfortably enjoy the sunset (or sunrise for the early birds). 3 Smart TVs are located in the main living room, game room, and bunk room. A crib, highchair, and changing station are also available. Crib linens are available upon request. There is also a desk for a work space. Due to health and safety concerns, this property is not suitable for animals.

LOCATION: Lago Vista Villa is nestled in the Texas Hill Country overlooking Lake Travis less than 1 mile from Cody Park which provides boat access to the lake. Grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, and Starbucks are all approximately 5 miles from the property. Cedar Park, a 17-mile drive, offers several additional shopping and dining options.

OUT AND ABOUT: Flat Creek and Bent Oak wineries are about 15-mile drives. Austin is 37 miles away (about an hour drive) for access to all the fun Austin has to offer. Enjoy boating and water sports on Lake Travis. Lago Vista, Lake Travis, and Point Venture golf courses are all easily accessible. Enjoy numerous hiking trails and caverns throughout the area.

CODY PARK: Boat access to Lake Travis is provided via Cody Park boat ramp. Access card (owner supplied) and guest vehicle passes are required. Please notify us if this is an amenity you would like to utilize, and we will arrange for a guest vehicle pass.

SECURITY: Keypad at front door with unique code given to guest for the duration of stay. We have a ring doorbell at the front door that is motion activated and records audio and visual upon motion detection. There are noise monitors indoors (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs) and outdoors (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs). The noise monitors cannot record audio or visuals, only Db levels.

Our stay was everything promised and more! The pool was wonderful because we had warm days during our stay. Tons of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake. The owners of this property communicated very quickly and the check in and out process was super easy. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Perfection!

We booked this property for the weekend and had such an amazing time! The pool was a perfect temperature to combat the heat and in the evenings we requested for the spa to be heated for some relaxation. Elizabeth and Jessica were both so friendly and very quick to respond to my messages. The house was exactly as the pictures depicted and had everything we needed plus more during our stay. My friends and I utilized the shuffleboard table way more than we thought we would. It got pretty competitve and we had a blast. Thank you!

Family Spring Break

What a beautiful house. We had an excellent time with our family visiting Austin,TX for the first time. The house is big enough for a big group. The living area perfect for gatherings while people are in the kitchen and dining area. The couch was very comfy could fall asleep there. Loved how everything in the kitchen was labeled, cut the time in looking for things. The house came with essentials needed which is great as we flew in and were only there for 4 days so was great we didn't have to buy toilet tissue, paper towels, starting toiletries like shampoo conditioner and soap and hand soap. Enough towels for all. For anyone that has little kids or babies there was a crib playpen highchair changing table. The views are amazing we had crappy weather but I am sure the sunrise and sunsets are perfect to watch sitting out on that deck. The house is about 30 mins from closest town Cedar park which has a lot of restaurants and shops. Just have to plan accordingly as once you are out and go back home but then decide to eat out it will take 30 mins to get back to town. Austin is an hr away again have to plan your days. We didn't mind and knew that before renting. There is a small supermarket, CVS, gas stations, convenient store and couple of restaurants less than 10 mins so you can get your basics. There is also a spot where few food trucks gather and open at different times very close to the house. Couple of things that didn't hinder our stay but could be better was to maybe have a fire pit again just because of the weather being so unpredictable. We understood the hot tub needs to be controlled and the response was very quick to turn it on but when the weather is not cooperating we did wish it could have been turned on and off by us. But again totally understand why it needs to be controlled people do forget to turn it off ( I have been one of those vacationers ;-). The grill and outside kitchen were great for BBQ and hanging out. The response time from the owners were very quick. Thank you again and we had a wonderful time.

A ground of 12 ladies had the best weekend at this house!!! It was so organized and the communication was super quick. Clean, peaceful neighborhood, and spacious home with a great view.

sister's and brother retreat

lots of room and details for list where perfect. everything was great with house. only issue for our group was the 50 minutes back to Austin but that was our choice to stay in this location. pool and hot tub where great would like to have controls on site for use.

BEAUTIFUL property & BEAUTIFUL Area

We took a small family of 7 vacation, with 1 of those guests being my toddler son. The crib, high chair & changing were an absolute game changer & we were so incredibly thankful these items were available with the house! This house is absolutely breathtaking & the view of the lake from the balcony is a view you cannot beat. The house is located in a super peaceful, hill country type of area & feels like an escape from reality. Elizabeth was so easy to communicate with & always got back to me super fast. We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful home and amazing hosts!

Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure to communicate with! She was extremely fast in responding to our requests to get the spa turned on and also was quick getting us a guest pass for Cody Park. The pool and hot tub were amazing and everything you would need was all available and present! Layout of the house worked out well too for the 9 people we had staying there. The area is a 50 minute drive from downtown Austin so you would definitely need a car to get around, but we spent a lot of our time enjoying the pool and the home so it was perfect for our needs! Thank you for a great stay!!
