We have a Peloton Bike and some adjustable Bike Pedals that will allow you to do the biking portion of the Peloton workout in your regular tennis shoes - not interested in biking....no problem, there are several other workouts available including Yoga and Strength Classes......we also have a treadmill and weights so you can stay fit even while eating that delicious Texas BBQ!

★LAUNDRY ROOM★
We have a large Washer & Dryer that you will have access to for your personal laundry.

★RESTAURANTS★
There are an unlimited amount of restaurants within a 10-minute drive + a ton of - we will provide recommendations for our favorite places to eat/drink/explore in the area and in nearby Austin!

We also have outdoor video cameras above the front door, driveway, and main patio - we don't review any footage unless there is an issue.....your privacy is important to us.

Great place

We had everything we needed for everyone. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Enjoyed the pool and TV outside. The stand alone room was perfect for me. Inside was clean and everything worked with no issues. Very close to everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful home, backyard and pool were the highlight to beat the heat!

Our recent stay at this Austin property was great! From start to finish, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The best feature of this property is undoubtedly the pool and outdoor TV area. We spent countless hours cooling off in the pool while also enjoying lots of football on the outdoor TV. The house itself was not only clean and well-maintained but also tastefully decorated and stocked with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sean deserves special mention. He was incredibly responsive and excellent communication prior to and during our stay. Any questions or requests were promptly addressed, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Will definitely stay at this house again!

This house is spacious and in a convenient location. The host was great from the day we booked until after we checked out. Very easy to communicate with and willing to help you find places that you will enjoy while in Austin. I would stay at another one of the hosts houses in the future!
