"There were holes in the bedsheets, stains on the carpet and the chair looked disgusting. The other chair had a massive hole in the padding. All the wooden furniture was scratched and worn. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t great, but there was hot water, the bathroom amenities were fine. The walls felt pretty thin, there were babies/children crying in the room next to mine on and off until 2 am. There were also people coming and going a lot...

"Very nice room clean, roomy, comfortable. The food was good, lots of options, waffles, eggs,sausage, assorted breads, muffins,doughnuts, fruit yogurt, cereals and beverages. Nice sitting area, nice gym. Also very close to stores and restaurants they are in walking distance with plenty to choose. Definitely will stay again. "

"The property seems badly neglected. There is a strong odor of marijuana though there signs indicating smoking is prohibited. Staff was hard to find when we needed help. Both of our room keys were somehow 'deactivated' and had to be reprogrammed. Low price and low quality. "

"No tub stopper for the kids to take a bath, breakfast is not good, pool doesn't open until 10am and checkout is at noon, our toilet clogged and the front desk gave me a plunger to fix it myself, no smoking signs everywhere but the place reeked of weed, woke up to ppl yelling in the hallway at 1am, mattresses are the most lumpy thing I've ever laid on so uncomfortable "

"To be honest that place needs new owners because it was EXTREMELY janky not well kept at all one of the utility rooms on the floor we were on there was a leak we could literally jump in a puddle on the carpet in the hall I mean there is so much work to be done to that place it would be best just to tear it down and start over "

"The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. "

"We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"
