"This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! "

"Clean room. Could use a bit of clean up outside with limbs for better view of lake. Docks near property were in poor shape making it an eyesore. Batteries dead in remotes.
