"The place was completely unsanitary didn't look like it was clean there was panties used panties in the top of one of the nightstands then microwave was covered in melted some substance it was just all around a terrible State the place smelled like dog urine and we in the roaches there was so many roaches they even got in my bags and into my car"

"This place was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. First of all my check in was at 3. I got there at 2:45 and they said my room wouldn't probably be done until after 4 which ruined my work route and plans for morgan wallen concert entry time. They wouldn't even allow me to use a public rest room so I had to go offsite to use one even though I should have been able to use my own at 3. The place was disgusting. I have pictures. You get what you pay for."

"An interesting and stylish hotel in a good location. The room was quite narrow, but it was fine for a single night. The room was reasonably clean. Standard breakfast: eggs and bacon, plus fruit salad and waffles. Parking is available either in a nearby parking garage or via valet service."

"We had booked a room for $400 and housekeeping came in our room while we were naked. Management said they couldn’t do anything but credit us with points as if we were going to want to stay there after that happened! I will NEVER book this hotel again."

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay."

"Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go. Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous...
