Newly Renovated Completely Furnished Two Bedroom Cottage

Recently renovated with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen, Ice maker, Washer/Dryer, Stove, Microwave, Two queen beds in separate bedrooms. Concrete parking pad. Free Parking. Free Internet, TV's in both bedrooms with extended cable channels. Very clean and well kept. House keeper lives at the property. Heating and Air Conditioning. Soap/Shampoo provided. We would love to host you. We are close to the Master's Golf Course, The Medical District and Ft. Gordon. Includes a sleeper/Sofa in the main room. Easy to find, address sign easily viewable from and at the road!

Unpleasant smell in the cottage and not good neighborhoods

The bad and strong smell in the rooms made us feel very uncomfortable. The location and neighborhood are not very good.

Much Needed Getaway

The place was too cute! Although it literally stormed the entire time we were there, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, I did see roaches climbing the front door and trash in the corner of the bedroom we used, it was a perfect time for us to “unlax” like my Mama used to say. The owners were fantastic. Came right out and fix an issue with a television we ended up not watching anyway! 😂😂. The place is really cozy. The beds we’re comfortable. I like a lot of towels and we only had three. No problem, next time I’ll bring some of my own. 😘😘 We definitely want to book again. MB

Nice Place

The house was just as pictured. There was a place to park our bikes and the were safe. The property manager was great and answered the few questions we had promptly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Property was musty/mildewy smelling when we entered the property and real hot. No air conditioner was on. No Wi-Fi. No fire pit like the pictures. Shower had bugs in it. Property owners were nice though. Just needs a good cleaning and airing out.

Nice and quite cottage

This cottage sits a little ways back from the main road. Very quiet, we didn't see a single person or vehicle during our stay. The cottage was also very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy little house

This is a small, 4 room house but it has everything you need. The hosts are wonderful, the water pressure is great and the beds are terrific. Outside is beautiful and peaceful with a nice place to sit and a fire pit. We enjoyed our stay!

I booked this property for a girls weekend with a couple of my friends and it surpassed our expectations. The property is very clean and organized. It is very quiet and cozy. We loved the property and wished we had more time to stay. It has the parking pad in front of the cottage and a couple of chairs to sit and relax. I hope to be able to visit this property again and will definitely recommend!

Great quiet getaway

I loved the peace and tranquillity that came with the cottage. Open space outside away from the road. The inside was cozy and had everything we needed. Found my new hideaway in Augusta.

Very private. We stayed in for most of our stay and weren't bothered once. The driveway is a bit tricky to find off the road, but the cottage itself more than made up for it.

Cozy Little Cottage with Everything You Need

This is a little cozy 2-bedroom cottage. It has everything we need. We stayed just for one night. Much better than staying at Hotel rooms. We used the kitchen and cooked dinner by ourselves with the electric range stovetop and microwave oven. We were told the lock code via SMS before we arrived. Really contactless at such pandemic season. Great location, close to downtown Augusta where we drove to. It is located behind the main house of the same street number. But the friendly tenant at the main house guided us to this cottage at night. In each bedroom, on the nightstands they have hotel-standard lamps with USB charging outlet which is convenient. We did not use the TVs in both bedrooms and the washer/dryer combo. Please note there is no dishwasher but there is detergent available. There are two pecan trees outside and my wife enjoyed all the fallen pecans and collected a bag of them. Again, this is better value than staying at hotels.
