The Cozy Hearth 2 BR Condo

Welcome to The Cozy|Hearth. This condo is easily accessible, less than 5 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Course. Only eight miles from Downtown. Accommodates 6 guests. Perfect location to see all of Augusta. Experience this our city like a local.

Fresh open locally designed townhome. Two bedroom / two bath. Plush Queen Size Beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Open Living & Dining Area. Sitting area on patio. We always provide guests with fresh towels, linens, & coffee. We also offer a pack in play and brand new sofa sleeper to accommodate families.

Guest have access to the entire condo.
We give our guests space but are available. Platform messaging is preferred but can be contacted via phone or text.

We are in a quiet Augusta neighborhood right off Washington road. Close to local coffee shops , grocery stores, and more.

The kitchen was nice and clean. Everything we could Jane needed was there, although we didn’t use much from the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and also the bedding was. Check in sand booking was easy. We didn’t have any complications. Thank you

This was my second time booking this property for a small game night with six friends. The listing states events are allowed for up to 10 people.The first stay went fine—we left by 12 a.m. with no issues. This time, the property was not very clean upon arrival: greasy fingerprints on the kitchen light switch, couch pillows scattered, and a broken tissue holder in the bathroom.Around 12:30 a.m., the host, Vera, called. I had her on speaker, and she was immediately hostile—accusing me of noise violations, too many guests, parking issues, and an unauthorized event. She even threatened to call the police, claiming she had personal connections. I stayed quiet while she spoke, but she became more upset after overhearing my guests talking, mistakenly thinking they were addressing her.I eventually asked if she wanted the cars moved; she responded, “No, leave—I want you out.” I sent my guests home and stayed to clean. The outdoor trash bin had maggots, so I couldn’t use it. While I cleaned, Vera continued to call and message me aggressively.I received a 30 refund, which I find unacceptable and plan to file a claim for a full refund. This was a stressful, unpleasant experience. I'm thankful I live nearby and had a home to return to. I do not recommend this property.

The property was fine, but sparse on furnishings. No chests of drawers, just 1 tv, I think there were but 3 forks, and not as many dishes and cookware as I am accustomed to seeing. A little thought and some furnishing and electronics upgrades would bring my scores up!

Nice Place, Neighborhood is marginal

Nice, clean place. Very nice beds and newer furniture. Has very few plates and dishes. Neighborhood is a bit run down but nothing of real concern. Good for an overnight but may want to look carefully if staying longer term.

Disappointed

While the property was basically clean, in a quiet neighborhood, & convenient to what we needed to do, it was a stressful stay. Communication about basic things was challenging (e.g. recos for local establishments & getting check in code very late). The kitchen supplies were in terrible condition (warped & very stained pots & pans, dirty sponge, no dish cloth, kitchen towels, or hot pads provided, chipped plates, no cereal bowls, garbage disposal was broken upon arrival & never repaired). The host did provide cereal bowls, kitchen towels, and hot pads which we appreciated. But it was after the host said they "usually don't provide hot pads" even though they have an oven in the unit. There is a small back area which is fenced in and it was completely overgrown & an eye sore. The furniture looked ok, but upon closer inspection, there were many stains. When flushing the toilet in the master bathroom, the handle needed to be held down for several seconds for it to flush. The incident that was absolutely unacceptable was when the host gave the code to get into the unit to another family who hadn't reserved the property & then entered the unit. We asked for a new code, response was “It was a misunderstanding on their end. We are handling. Thanks”& when I respectfully requested again, host said, “Respectfully we have no one to come out right now & you do check out tomorrow morning. I assure you they will no longer becoming by. Thanks for understanding." The host never apologized.

Absolutely Perfect!

I was looking for something clean, affordable, and in a safe neighborhood while visiting my daughter and her family. Traveling with three grandchildren is a challenge, but once I walked in to this property, I knew I had found utopia! Thank you for such a pleasant stay. I hope to visit again soon.

Masters’ Refuge

The huge plus for this rental is location..8 min away from Augusta National. It was in a nice, safe,and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings are modern. Minimal is the key word. A few more touches: extra towels, hand soaps at the basins, shampoo and conditioner in front shower, nicer shower curtains. I would recommend this rental.

Hidden gem

Loved this place. Very clean and safe. Hidden behind a business area. Easy access to the downtown area, Bobby Jones Expressway, and I 20. Made getting around town easy. Parking available for 2 vehicles. No dressers in bedrooms but plenty of closet space with linen cabinet in master.

Nice place, convenient for tournament!

Very nice/clean, yet no-frills place short drive from Augusta National. Hosts communicated quickly, as we had a question about wifi. Perfect for 2 couples or 4 guys visiting Augusta! 2-car reserved parking directly in front was also a huge plus!
