  • Alójese en nuestra encantadora casa de 112 años, es una histórica casa de escopeta ubicada junto al Canal y su sonido tranquilo de agua. Adyacente al centenario Sibley Mill en un entorno urbano pero con el sonido reconfortante del tren que pasa a través de cada noche. Nuestra casa es casualmente elegante y cómoda, es un refugio excepcional cerca del centro de la ciudad y ofrece un excelente acceso a la ciudad. También estamos cerca del lago Olmstead, los rápidos de Savannah y el canal de Augusta, ideales para disfrutar del aire libre. Nos encanta nuestra casita y tu también lo harás!

    Nuestra casa de escopeta está ubicada en el corazón de Augusta y tiene techos de 11 ’en todas partes, con una amplia cama king size, baño completo, cocina completa con encimeras de concreto personalizadas, un área de estar en el porche delantero y un patio trasero sagaz. Ofrecemos una televisión inteligente de pantalla plana de 50 "y una pequeña biblioteca, y juegos de mesa.

    La cocina está equipada con refrigerador y estufa de tamaño completo, cafetera, utensilios, platos, tazas, etc.

    La casa está ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, lo que permite el acceso a la autopista en cuestión de minutos, el acceso a los senderos para bicicletas y el canal para kayak o simplemente un viaje en bicicleta a los restaurantes y bares del centro.

    Además, estamos a 5 minutos en automóvil (1. 4 millas) de las áreas de entretenimiento y de negocios del centro, a 10 minutos (3. 3 millas) del Club Nacional de Golf de Augusta (The Masters), y dentro de los 28 minutos (12. 7 millas) de Fort Gordon Army Installation. Nuestro vecindario es pintoresco y cómodo, y si está aquí por negocios o por placer, le damos la bienvenida como nuestro huésped.

Everything about this property was amazing and it just added to our wonderful experience! The attention to details was what impressed us the most. The unit is in an area where gentrification has begun, however it didn't effect our stay. We would stay here again!

The whole home is lovely and the kitchen is one of my favorite places to be. It is so spacious and great for little lunch dates with family and friends in the area.

The home itself is just so very comfortable and it's owners are very communicative and present. It is also very conveniently located from downtown.I've really enjoyed my time here.

Air conditioning was too cold. Was not able to adjust thermostat. We used blankets and soace heater to mitigate the extreme cool inside a/c.

This was bigger than I expected it to be. Sure, some people say the area is sketchy, but I never felt unsafe. The neighbors were friendly. I liked how it was close to what I needed in the city.

All I was looking for was a king size bed with a comfy mattress (pillows were hard) and a clean bathroom … I found it! It had many nice touches (feminine hygiene products, two toilet paper, etc). The kitchen which I didn’t use had every imaginable necessity for a comfortable stay. The only improvement I would have liked to see would be up-to-date lamps with charging ports in the bedroom and living room. There is a train track nearby and travelled through at 6 p.m.

Wasn’t bad, but the neighborhood was a little bit sketchy. Neighbor’s were friendly. We were on the go constantly, so wasn’t there much only to sleep. Under bed and things could use a little extra cleaning. Overall I’d say a 4.

Cute little house but…..

This is an adorable retro vintage house set along the railroad tracks. The trains never bothered me. Not sure if they ever ran at night. The king size bed was very comfortable. Had a little problem with check in but the owner quickly resolved the issue. Had a little trouble finding the property. Not a location for any activities at night. Could be a little cleaner.

Excellent Landlord

The positives about the place. Nice clean house with an excellent landlord who was fast to respond to any questions/requests. I really liked the bath towels provided. The location is very close to downtown Augusta. The following comments are not necessary negative and perhaps more of a personal preference and also maybe I didn't do enough research. The house is located on a small street next to couple of run down old text mill buildings. Construction was on site to rebuild it to apartments. The house is also next to the railroad tracks which was noisy some nights. I'm a light sleeper so any noise wakes me up so I didn't get great sleep while I was there. You can also hear traffic and many nights there were sirens going off. If those things does not bother you then you should book the place. Thanks for being a good host.

Great location for downtown events

We stayed for a 4 day event and was very happy with the location as it was convient to downtown and the AU campus. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had and the neighbors were friendly. The home was very clean and even had plenty of supplies needed for the stay. Great value and will book this one again.

Great fit for our needs

We enjoyed staying here. The quaint house was well appointed, clean and convenient. Neighbor’s were friendly. We were mostly there at night, as we were there to attend family events for our granddaughter’s graduation. However, this place was well equipped for day and night!

Great little tucked away place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely soothing color schemes throughout the recently renovated home. Not far from canal trails and closely located near riverfront park. Yuri, the home owner, was very kind and accommodating.
