Welcome! This luxurious property features modern design and has high-end details similar to a hotel. Filled with natural light, this beautiful home offers fun and relaxation. Only minutes from Augusta National, our home is moments from shopping, dining, personal care, golf, tennis and the Daniel Field airport. Perfect for AU students, traveling nurses, families or couples. 15 minutes to Augusta Riverwalk, Augusta Museum of History, Phinizy Swamp Nature Park, Augusta Convention Center and Imperial Theatre.

Two King rooms, Two Queen bedrooms. One main full bathroom and one half ensuite off King room. Stocked kitchen,W/D, Keyless lock. Smart TV, WiFi. Indoor/Outdoor dining. No indoor smoking. Plenty of designated onsite parking.

Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware.

Private, fenced in backyard. Relax and enjoy a bonfire on the patio nestled in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Forest Hills.

I stayed here with my sister. We are both seniors. This is a very clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. We had every thing we could have needed, and then some. The host checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect for whatever we wanted to do or wherever we wanted to go. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again should it be available.

The rooms were clean, well set up. Every room should have a mirror though. It was very hard for multiple people to get ready for an event with only two bathroom mirrors.The kitchen can use more pots and newer pans. Additionally, please add some basic spices and cooking oil for quick fixes. We travel a lot and almost all houses have provided them. We have left behind ours for next guests Thank you for our comfortable stay.

This home was PERFECT for our stay! This home is beautifully renovated and in a quiet neighborhood. There were 4 adults and everyone had their own bedroom. Our dog loved the backyard too! For the older people in our party- they appreciated the ranch style home and access to a shower.The host was very responsive before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

The house was the perfect setup for us, we ended up using all 4 bedrooms as more came to help cook for my daughters wedding, the owner had a little hiccup with some lighting that happened while doing upgrades to the home the week before but handled it like a champ, of all the places I’ve stayed and owners I’ve met these were class act people. The facilities were on point as well as the WiFi and transportation, uber had us downtown at the restaurant and bar in no time. The neighbors are super nice and even offered to help cook. Don’t look at our mess in the photos haha we cleaned it up.

Check in and check out process was a breeze! The house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was amazing! The parking area was very tight. And the bedrooms are more suitable for up to 8 people. We were a party of 10 and it was a tight squeeze, as well. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and easy to navigate. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood.
