There is a cozy living room with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and a bathtub.
You are also welcome to use our small garden with a seating area and the associated grill.

WiFi is available.

Our apartment is located about 300 m from the city center and is therefore very easy to reach on foot, but also by car.

In the city there are numerous possibilities to visit restaurants (exemplary: German, Italian, Asian and Greek cuisine).

A supermarket is also only a few minutes' walk away, so that nothing stands in the way of self-sufficiency.

Further information on sights, attractions and excursion destinations in our city and in the surrounding area can be found in the apartment.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Auerbach - hundefreundlich

Schöne, saubere großzügige Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses in Auerbach. Nebenbei ein Park für die Gassirunde des Hundes. Die Umgebung: Wunderschönes Vogtland mit Talsperren, Instrumentenmuseen (Klingenthal), Raumfahrtmuseum. Ausflug ins nahe Tschechien möglich. Und ganz wichtig: Vogtländer sind ein freundlicher Menschenschlag.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Vermieter sehr nett. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist und es klappte alles wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Auerbach sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöner Dreh- und Angelpunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge

Wir haben von hier aus sehr schöne Wanderungen, z. B. im Waldpark Grünheide oder um Zwota herum unternommen. Schön anzuschauen sind neben Auerbach auch Städtchen und Städte wie Schneeberg, Plauen, Oelsnitz (Vogtland) oder auch Karlsbad/Karlovy Vary. Bei geöffneten Fenstern manchmal in der "Rush hour" etwas laut.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die FeWo ist toll gelegen, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vorm Haus, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomie sind allesamt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwa 500m vom Markt und ca 350m von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Netto ) entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Kommen mal wieder. Lg aus Dresden

Wandelvakantie

De vakantiewoning is zoals de advertentie zegt. Het is een comfortabel appartement, in de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Schoon. In de koelkast lag een drankvoorraadje, erg prettig. Voldoende handdoeken om te gebruiken in de royale badkamer. Het bed is prima. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hebben er ons prima vermaakt.
