This 4 bedroom luxury house with direct beachside access and uninterrupted views offers secluded luxury living only 7 minutes from Matakana township. Lots of lifestyle amenities include a spa, bbq, massage chair, outdoor fire, internet, indoor and outdoor sound system, artwork, pétanque, croquet, volleyball, outdoor table tennis. A world-class chef can be arranged (at additional cost) to cook at the residence for that extra special night (subject to availability). Sleeps 8 in the house and if you want to use our 3 room family tent on the lawn then that could host 4 additional guests.

More than AMAZING!

This Tawharanui property is one of the most exceptional rental properties I have had to pleasure of visiting. The spacious single story house is well equipped. It is obvious that the owners spend a large portion of their time here. If you need a few spices, a little extra soap, or any routine item it was here. Most spectacular is the beachfront setting. You have private access to a small bay for beachcombing, swimming, kayaking, or other activities. Between the water and the house is a magnificent lawn, large enough for multiple soccer, frisbee and other outdoor games. Not to mention the outdoor speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes while playing a hot tub spa to relax in afterward. One of the most significant aspects of this rental was the open and frequent communication with the host. It made the preparation and time of our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. What wonderful people they are. There are many other aspects of this property that set it apart from other rental properties. The easiest way to describe the property and ease of our stay is to say that never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that our stay of eight adults and three children would have been as comfortable and enjoyable as it was.

Lovely NY getaway, highly recommend!!

Beautiful property and location, situated with its own personal beach. The place had amazing additional features such as a massage chair, arcade machine and driving simulator for the PS5, which kept us well entertained. Would 10/10 recommend this to a group of friends wanting a fun weekend or vacation away! Owners Dave & Candice were very easy to communicate with throughout our whole stay! Hope to be back in the near future!

Beautiful Seaside Holiday Home

We were lucky enough to stay at this very special home for our Christmas family gathering. It was easily spacious enough for the 9 of us and was perfectly located near Matakana, wineries and beautiful beaches. The house had a lovely beachfront location, was well equipped to suit our needs and was beautifully decorated with lovely artwork. The games room was a big hit with the younger family members and the spa was a treat with the sunset/water outlook. Hosts Dave and Candace were very accommodating of our needs and responded promptly to any queries. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect family trip

David’s place was the perfect size for our extended family while we attended a wedding in Matakana. In house chef one of the nights and brach launch for our small fishing boat were the highlights. Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful and luxurious!

This house was absolutely perfect for a family gathering. Dave and Candace are great hosts and made sure we had everything we could possibly want for our stay. The setting of the house is perfect. The photos online are great and everything in real life is even better. We had three young kids with us and there was plenty there to keep them entertained and happy. For the adults it is very comfortable and kept at the highest standard. Thanks so much to Dave and Candace for making their gorgeous property available to be enjoyed!

Great Family holiday and Doggy Disneyland

We had a wonderful stay. David and Candace were the best hosts. Easy and prompt communication, fantastic hospitality. We especially enjoyed the privacy and seeing our German Shepherd have a great time with us all together.
