Award Winning Beach House - 100m from Beach

  • La casa de playa de este arquitecto se encuentra a 100 metros de la impresionante playa de Omaha de 4 km de largo. Está a 40 metros de las canchas de tenis y está equipado con raquetas de tenis, 2 bicicletas, 2 kayaks y 2 tablas de surf.

    Las grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren a terrazas a un lado y un patio protegido y área de barbacoa al otro. El dormitorio principal tiene una vista del eje del mar y una vista agradable sobre Te Kie Point, que termina el extremo sur de la playa de Omaha. La sala de literas funciona como una segunda sala de estar y tiene un televisor inteligente grande con Netflix y una barra de sonido Bose, ideal para niños (de todas las edades). Las literas incorporadas son un favorito especial entre los huéspedes de todas las edades.

    La cocina está bien equipada e incluye una máquina de café espresso. La casa está amueblada con una mezcla de muebles contemporáneos y retro que recuerda recuerdos de la vida anterior de Bach.
    Condiciones especiales:
    La estadía mínima es de una noche durante los días de semana (que están fuera de las vacaciones escolares y preferiblemente no están vinculadas a un fin de semana), dos noches durante el año, tres noches durante un fin de semana largo y siete noches durante el período de Navidad a Año Nuevo.

    La hora de llegada es a las 4 p.m. y la hora de salida es a las 12 p.m. (para permitir la limpieza y el servicio). Estamos abiertos a satisfacer sus preferencias, por lo que si prefiere diferentes horarios de llegada y salida, solo pregunte.

    Extras: limpieza (obligatorio, NZ $ 125.00 por estancia); Ropa de cama (opcional, NZ $ 25.00 por persona);

Our stay was fantastic: well appointed, great architecture and lay out, close to beach, tennis, kid’s park. Short walk, cycle to Omaha Beach shops. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect house for extended family stay

Wonderful...the beach was close by, the house had plenty of room and suited our family of three generations. Easy communication with the host. We had a great stay.

What a great stay

We love the area, there's so much to do nearby. The house itself was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. We had one query when we checked in and the owners responded straight away - great communication.

Totally deserving of it's recent Bach of the Year award, our group of 5 simply loved our stay here. The only issue was that we wish we'd booked a longer stay!

Perfect beach house

The weather wasn’t our friend for this visit to Omaha but the house more than made up for it, loads of space, well stocked kitchen and a fabulous spa. That plus the great outdoor room and proximity to the beach made it a very pleasurable stay.

Just as good as the last time!

Second time for our girls group staying here and as expected it didn't disappoint! This place has everything you need, plenty of spaces for big groups, well appointed warm and private. The beach is super close, Matakana (and the famous farmers market) is a short car ride, as are plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Fantastic property, excellent location.

Simply superb!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay at Omaha Beach (NZ) with your family this is simply superb. The location is very quiet and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor lounge and spa were an added bonus to an extremely well-appointed beach house. Given the opportunity we would stay here again.

Great family break

We spent 2 fun nights at this lovely house, which was so spacious and perfect for a large family gathering. We loved the outside fireplace and seating and the hot tub. The area was great with the tennis courts right next door and the beach an easy walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Bach of the Year for 2022

I have been lucky to have visited twice in one month as part of my job at Bookabach and every time I visit there is something new I love about this beachside home. The modern design, the really large kitchen and the huge outdoor fireplace area is my favourite parts of the home.

Incredible weekend stay

Fantastic property for a group of 5 girlfriends celebrating a special birthday. House is the perfect entertainment home for all weather occasions. We loved the outdoor fireplace area. Host very responsive. We definitely hope to be back.

Lovely Home

A lovely relaxing family home to stay in. Everything you needed was on hand. A very short walk to the beach and the children’s play area. We made good use of the outdoor area and fireplace, perfect for families to relax around. Brenda is the perfect host. Thank you!

The perfect modern beach getaway

I was lucky to visit this perfectodern beach house not too long ago and was blown away by how large and beautiful it was. I had so many favourite spots in the home, in particular the outdoor fireplace area, and the bunk and tv room for the big and small kids. The spa pool was a perfect addition to a home so close to the beach and the kitchen is huge and perfect for making meals while on holidays. 10/10 would stay again.

Best is right!!!

This is indeed an award winning house, apart from its ascetic and architectural value. It is incredibly functional, amazingly well equipped and in a wonderful spot. There were eight in our party and we still had loads of room, for both group activities and also for individual privacy when required.

Perfect Family Time

This property is outstanding for a family break. Everything you expect for a perfect property to stay at is catered for. This is not the first time we have stayed at this property. Upon arrival, we knew we had made the right choice to stay again. Fabulous from start to finish.
