For added privacy, there is a substantial exterior deck that wraps around one side of the house and extends to the back of the property. You can take in the picturesque views of Surfdale Bay from the balcony and those summer sunsets, or relax at the back around the large outdoor table and umbrella. After a day of exploring the various attractions in Waiheke, why not unwind in the soothing spa pool as you gaze over the water or up at the stars.

Step into a contemporary open kitchen design that effortlessly merges with the dining room and living room, providing the ideal space for convenient meal preparation, whether you choose to cook at home or order take-out.

Access this accommodation with only a short 10-minute drive from Matiatia passenger ferry and Kennedy Point car ferry if driving. If you are planning on utilising local transport, a bus stop at the end of the street makes it a breeze to catch the bus upon your arrival at the ferry terminal (or to get around the island) for the short 10-15 min ride to the accommodation.

The property offers a spacious parking bay conveniently located at the top of the driveway, accommodating a single vehicle comfortably with ample space to turn.

Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $240 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, including beach towels, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Arohanui is conveniently located just a 1-minute drive or a leisurely 10-minute walk away from the charming village of Surfdale, where you can immerse yourself in the warm hospitality of two convenience stores, local bakery, restaurant, and two inviting cafes in the area.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. To enquire about car hire contact Stay Waiheke.
