"We stayed here related to work for hurricane Milton. This is a lovely home with everything you need. The property manager answered the phone anytime I had a question. And was very polite. Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello. It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake...

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. "The room was perfect for what we needed. The common areas were fun and clean and people were very friendly. FYI pillows are a little flat so I’d recommend bringing another one. Also the rules were very upfront but it was surprising to see how dirty the floors were when we were told to not wear shoes and some areas of the room could have used a dusting. We did have a light that was broken but they were very responsive and helpful throughout this experience. Would stay again. "

"The day before we were to arrive, I received a message from the property owner. She stated there was an issue at Tiny Paradise she needed to address, but didn't want to cancel. She offered us the Big House at no additional charge. It was wonderful. I would say the only thing we didn't like were the trains going by not far from the property a couple of times each night."

"Everything was good and it continued to be, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the overall amenities. One thing that's not mentioned in the add is the owner lives on site. But he was pleasant and didn't bother us. Our dog was allowed and he would let us know when he let his out. So no problems with the animals. It was a good stay! "
