"The house had plenty of room for our multi-generational family. The kitchen had room to prepare large meals. The owner was responsive to our needs. The pool provided a lot of entertainment for our family. We brought yard games and had a fantastic time. "

"Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a...

"Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!"

"22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. "Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. "The house was everything as described. The views amazing, the house pristine. Absolutely beautiful! The host Joni was responsive and checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property or any other hosted by Joni. "

"There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby."
