"Expecting a 5 bedroom setup. King bed and bunk bed in basement together. Not possible to separate the sleepers. Would like to know the rules before I arrived. Street is busy with fast drivers. We made it work. It was nice to be back in the area. "

"Loved this property. We traveled from Iowa to see our daughter at KU and have a weekend together. Area was easy to travel. We had fun at a local farmers market and NOTO. Even got to see the Tulips and Twlight event. House was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We had a little bit of a hard time getting in the front keypad, but Brandie responded quickly and helped us. More user error than anything. Only thing I could recommend is a better seating area in the...

"This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle of every day life and enjoy some peace and quiet. It's like very high end camping. We saw deer in the yard on 2 different occasions and there is lots of room outdoors for children to ride bikes and play outdoor games. The swingset was a hit with our toddlers and babies and the trails were enjoyed by the teens. We enjoyed the spacious porches, beautifully decorated house and all the thoughtful amenities the host prepared for us. We didn't mind...

"The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet."

"We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!"

"Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. "

"Megan was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. She stocks her place with things to help make your stay comfortable and easy even for our fur baby. The thoughtfulness of having resources out for things around the area, welcoming snacks, extra blankets and pillows, stocked kitchen essentials for cooking and cleaning, bathroom essentials, and labels indicating where stuff are located along with bed, treats, and toys for fur baby was perfect. "
