Welcome to our newly updated 2BD / 2BA condo located in the heart of downtown Auburn off Magnolia Ave, just 1 block away from Auburn University campus and only a 7-minute walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium!! There is no better location to be for anything Auburn! WALK EVERYWHERE! The condo will provide you and your guests with the highest comfort and convenience during your stay, with modern amenities and fixtures, a fully stocked kitchen, and a particularly cozy and comfortable living area.

The 2 bedrooms include a Queen and a Double bed to comfortably sleep 4 people. Each bedroom pairs with its own full bathroom. There is also a large sofa that, while not including a pull-out bed, would offer an option for an additional guest.

The living room includes a 55" 4K SmartTV with complimentary YouTubeTV (plan includes most major sports channels) perfect for watching the games before the Game. Each bedroom also includes its own Smart TV as well. Wi-Fi is provided.

Two (2) private, on-site parking spaces included with your rental.

You will not find a location more ideal for game day weekends, campus visits, or just enjoying a weekend in the Loveliest Village. This property is your perfect home away from home on The Plains!

Auburn campus tour

We visited to tour the campus and loved the location and the stay. Host was very professional, responsive and gracious. This is a great choice if you want to be near Auburn University campus. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
