There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.



BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacorita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

We visited our son who is at AU. It was super nice to have a kitchen and not have to eat out every meal. Our unit was clean, comfortable and decorated super cute!

In the heart of downtown Auburn making every campus destination walkable. Unit is new, in great condition with all the amenities. The perfect place to stay when visiting the Loveliest Village on the Plains!

Great place and location

New building. Clean. Great location for walking everywhere. Just keep in mind you are next to the sky bar and some students do live in the building. Sound machine in rooms a nice addition. TV’s in the rooms and basic cable would be nice if I am being picky.

The spot to stay

Hoped to stay downtown Auburn for a weekend swim meet and chose this place. Could not be more convenient and nice for a family of 3 or 4. Sound machines drown out the city sounds (clubs nearby). Lots of space in the unit with easy parking. All the conveniences you'd need.

Great location but Very Loud - neighbors above and Sky Bar next door.

Renter beware!!!Loud loud loud! This building (wooden construction on upper floors) contains all short term rental units on the 2nd floor above Target. The 3rd and 4th floors are rented out to mostly college students. The people in the apartment directly above us woke us up the first night at 3 am just walking back and forth for about an hour. The second night after the afternoon football game they started playing their music very very loud around 7 pm and it sounded as if they were tap dancing, dancing or jumping for about 3 hours. It was relentless. In addition this unit is closest to SkyBar which plays music from 4 in the afternoon until 2 am! For the amount of money I paid this was totally unacceptable. Renter beware!!!

Great Gameday location

We came in for parent's weekend and loved our stay here due to its convenience. We were unexpectedly surprised at how nice the condo is. It is beautiful ad spacious. Very walkable to everything in Auburn as it's located right bside the Target. Negatives: Flooring between floors are not well insulated and we heard every step taken by those staying above us. The water pipes are also not insulated well and the noise level of the waterfall in our walls with a flushed toilet can wake you up from sleeping. Lastly, the building is located beside Sky Bar and the music is pumping ALL night. It is quiet loud. Once the bar closes at 2 am there is a lot of yelling outside the building and woke us up both nights. Location and facility is glorious. If your a sound sleeper, you'll have no problem. If you're looking for peach and quiet, this isn't your place.

This unit is absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and cozy. Amanda is fantastic at her job and we have used her several times with bookings. Very responsive and clearly communicates. Very accommodating. Will stay again for sure. War Eagle!

Football Weekend!

We came out to see our daughter dance with the Tiger Eyes in her first ever Auburn Football game! Incredible weekend with the perfect place to stay. Great location, clean and modern space. This is our 2nd stay in the Godbold building. Both times were spot on. Highly recommend it.
