Be right in the middle of the action. Located at Eagle Point Condos on Glenn Avenue, this 4-bedroom condo is only a short walk to Toomer’s Corner, Auburn University, and all the dining and shopping downtown Auburn has to offer.

With space for up to 8 guests, private parking, and a newly refreshed interior, it’s the ideal spot for game weekends, campus visits, and family gatherings.

Step inside to a spacious living room with a large 65-inch smart HDTV—the perfect place to gather for kickoff or a movie night. All TVs in the unit are smart TVs with the most popular apps already installed, so you can log into your own accounts and enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or your favorite streaming service.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need during your stay, from cookware and utensils to modern appliances. For coffee lovers, there are two options: a classic drip coffee maker and a Keurig with starter pods provided. An eat-in dining area makes meals together easy and enjoyable.

The four bedrooms are designed with groups and families in mind. Two queen bedrooms each offer comfortable sleeping space, while two additional bedrooms include flexible layouts with bunks and a pull-out ottoman—great for kids or extra guests. A Jack-and-Jill style bathroom connects two of the rooms, while additional full baths ensure everyone has their own space. We had a wonderful stay at this property! Excellent cleanliness and access to amenities, plus it was in such close proximity to Auburn University. The owners were so helpful and easy to work with. A must for your next stay in Auburn!

The property was clean, available early and easy to enter and leave. We encountered two issues that I would love for the owner to fix in order to make this a top notch stay. There was no iron and we had events to attend and there was only 1 TV in a 4 bedroom apartment (this is not a condo). TV's are so inexpensive now I can't understand why there was only 1.

Great location!

Property was as described and close to campus. It was an easy walk to the stadium for game time. It was perfect for 2 families to each have a shared bath between 2 bedrooms. Communication with the host was easy and timely.

Perfect place for us to be to celebrate our graduate! Location can’t be beat! Owner was very responsive and so easy to work with! Only negative would be that it only comes with 1 parking pass, so if you have multiple cars, you will need to figure that out. Other than that…perfect!

Great Stay- Great Location

This was a perfect stay/location for our annual guys golf trip on the RJT Trail. This year brought us to Grand National in Opelika and this condo fit our stay needs perfect with 4 bedrooms and shared baths between the bedrooms on the side. We golfed all day, then after cleaning up, was able to easily walk to downtown restaurants/bars for the night. It was perfect. Very close to Auburn campus and would be a perfect stay for visiting families there too. Good communication with owner and all is as advertised. Highly recommend.

Nice location

Stayed for the weekend to see daughter @ Auburn-great location, quiet and comfortable. Communication was a little slow in coming with info to get into unit and wasn’t able to get into place until after dinner time. The condo could use a bit of a “Refresh” as far as supplies-kitchen supplies. It is a rental, so you will only get small samples of shampoo and conditioner and soap. If more than 2 stay here-you’ll need toiletries. I did convey to property management that the place could have used a good cleaning-lots of dust bunnies.
