Stay on the shoreline of Lake Lewisville close to town yet very private! We offer a total of 3 rental cabins and RV spaces as well, with the cabins situated to afford privacy close to the lake. We are on over 14 acres of land with over 700 feet of shoreline. This particular unit is a one room tiny cabin 240 square feet with a full bath and beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake out the front door as well as direct easily walkable access to the lake. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the lake while watching the birds go by or take your chair and walk a couple hundred feet to the shoreline and go fishing, swimming, or kayaking if you want. Feel free to enjoy the breeze in one of our groves of mature trees by the lake. This cabin is our smallest, and it accommodates two guests with a queen bed and two comfortable chairs. Wildlife that may wander by include wild turkeys, deer, egrets and more. For the quick get-away, bring your boat or jet ski right out front to the shoreline and ski, fish or just play right here in the cove or take a 10 minute ride to the main lake. Outdoor tables, propane grills, fire pit, and kayaks are available for your use. There are laundry facilities nearby onsite. Private gated drive and coded door locks provide for contactless check-in. Plenty of parking space. If you like the peace and quiet, wildlife and lakeside living while still being close to the suburbs, this is the place for you. You can be on I-35 in minutes as well as the Dallas North Tollway. (We love pets, but we do have a leash rule. If you bring your pets, please keep them on a leash at all times when they are outside)

This is an absolute needle in a hay stack. If you are traveling alone or as a couple and need a place to sleep, shower, and relax a little this is it. The property manager was a joy to work with and is very communicative (even with random Saturday questions). The parking area is large and able to fit a bass boat hooked to the tow vehicle. Front porch is perfect for evening relaxing looking at the lake. Inside is the perfect size to sleep and get ready for the next adventure. Would absolutely stay here again.

Of course we were there during hail and rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake activities. Cute and convenient place to stay. However, mattress needs to be replaced, coffee was expired, and grill wasn’t functional.

My immpression was good, cute little cabin, convenient for family to be together. Tv was a little challenging considering us older people arent computer savy. Overall very convenient for all family to get together 2 cabins and one rv spot with hookups. Would recommend and use again, thank you!

My parents were doing their annual rv trip and we were excited to join them with renting a cabin. The host put my parents at the last RV spot closest to the cabin. The cabin was clean and the premises was clean and quiet! Great dog park and great spot on the lake! Amazing place for us to celebrate our wedding anniversaries together as a family! We will be back again for sure! Thank you to Pete for being an amazing host! We highly recommend!

Nice retreat from town only 30 min from Frisco Convention Center! Bed was a little 'foamy" without support...but we were able to make due and even watch some hunting shows!! Gas grill had full tanks. Small frig and microwave were enough for simple lawn-chair meals!!

Great for a couple. Very clean and 50 yards from lakeside. You have good fishing areas from the bank. Everyone was very friendly. It was great that it had a dog park also. Will stay again in future.

The dog park on site was a lifesaver and the property has a nice view of the lake. The room is smaller than a hotel room and about double the price.

The cabin and the property were nice and just as described. The only issue we had with our stay was the bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve have ever slept in. It was loud and had no support.

The cabin is very small, was a little clostrophobic at first but I wasn't really planning on spending any time in there except to eat and sleep. I was lucky enough to have the place to myself practically because there were no other visitors. So peaceful! RV guests are very friendly. If host can just do something about the neighbor up front with the dog that looks like it's starving and screams out in fearful pain every now and then, that would be great!

Very good little cabin on the water. Perfect for my wife and I as well as our 3 small dogs. I stayed here for a fishing tournament on lake ray roberts. I came home everyday to a quiet little spot. Grilled out almost every night and relaxed well.

Frankly, there aren't enough superlatives to describe how satisfied we were with this tiny cabin. The property feels secluded but is just a few minutes from shopping/ dining options. I don't know if this always the case, but the lake felt like a private beach during our week long stay. It's not sleek or modern, but if you are looking for a very comfortable, rustic tiny cabin with great A/C, this is perfect.
