"Also ich muss sagen ich würde dort noch nicht einmal wieder rein gehen wenn ich dafür Geld bekommen würde, so etwas widerliches und ekelhaftes wie diese Unterkunft habe ich noch nie erlebt überall Schimmel und alles ist extrem heruntergekommen und kaputt, sogar das Klopapier hatte Schimmel. "Well appointed, clean and comfortable flat on 2nd floor of historic building. We loved that it was away from the city but 1/2 a block from the tram stop, which goes right to the heart of Vienna. The flat is on the back of the building overlooking a garden courtyard. It was very quiet, however there is construction going on next to the building so we were unable to sleep past 7am. We are early risers but after traveling over 30 hours to get to Vienna, it would have nice to get more than a few...

"La note attribuée à l’établissement n’est pas du tout justifiée. L’accès à l’appartement n’est pas pratique du tout. On doit se garer devant une épicerie pour avoir les clés, puis la traverser avec les bagages et aller à l’étage pour accéder à l’appartement. Le parking est à 600m de l’appartement. La propreté laissait à désirer (sang de mouche écrasée sur la fenêtre non lavée). La poubelle était ouverte donc les odeurs était présentes. Bien entendu elle n’était pas enlevée de façon quotidienne....

"Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebundenen Gegend. Bei genauerer Betrachtung ist es wie beschrieben und perfekt für jene, die die Zeit in Wien nutzen wollen, und entsprechend unterwegs sind. Mit Treppenstufen sollte man hier besser kein Problem haben, da die Schlafzimmer sonst nicht zu erreichen sind.Alles nötige ist da und die Vermieterin ist auch für Wünsche (wie z.B. ein weiteres Kopfkissen) gewappnet und auch sonst offen und hilfsbereit.Wir...

"I was overall very pleased with my stay here. I had no issues accessing the property. Very convenient pick-up and drop-off location for airport-taxis and ride sharing. There is a full kitchen, fridge, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc. The biggest benefit is having access to the Klosterneuburg-Weidling train station, with 15-minute access to city-center Vienna. Wiener Strasse is a busy street, so having the windows open at night is a bit challenging, but nonetheless doable for some fresh...

"Die Wohnung ist groß und super geschnitten! Die alte Einrichtung gibt der Wohnung den perfekten Flair! Wir hätten es uns nicht anders wünschen können. Busverbindung zum Bahnhof in wenigen Metern zu erreichen, von dort gelangt man überall hin. Ilse und Otto sind sehr freundlich hilfsbereit "

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und sehr gut ausgestattet."

"Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer war erstklassig. Sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)"
