"We had a wonderful time in Boyne City. The house was lovely. The yard was lush with beautiful plants. Everything was comfortable and very clean. We have rented several vacation places in Boyne City and this would be in our top three. The homes owner was generous and we were able to extend our rental. It was a great place to vacation."

"The property and house were clean and Carlos was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. It was close to grocery stores and only about 20 minutes from Petoskey. We also really enjoyed the time we spent at the house. The hot tub easily fit 6 adults, the kitchen was large with ample counter space, the large dining room table made meals easy to enjoy and was great for board games, and the pool table and arcade games gave us fun activities to do during our downtime."

"The house is a beyond perfect historical home with all the charm but coupled with updates that make your stay comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners and property managers are wonderful people that genuinely care about your trip, your family and their town."

"This cute house worked great for 5 of us for a last minute trip to Boyne Mountain. It was a super close drive and also nice to be close to the restaurants in Boyne City. The owners were very responsive with a question we had and check-in/check-out was easy. Would stay again!"

"I took my 3 adult daughters for the holiday weekend. The cabin/house was in a great location/easy access to Boyne City and all the little shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to all of my questions. "

"Very spacious with plenty of beds. The only negative points of note was a slight odor/mildew smell when first entering the house and 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 6 people over a couple night stay was not nearly enough."

"We stayed just one night on our way through the area on a road trip and were very pleased with the accomodations and amenities. The entertainment area in the basement is a cool touch, and the fire pit was perfect for an up north evening! While it probably is best to drive by car into town, we walked the 20ish minutes to downtown to enjoy a few drinks on one of the several patio options BC has to offer. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and everything worked fine. Overall great experience!"

"Overall we had a nice stay at this quaint little house. It was clean and comfortable for our three kids, and conveniently located for skiing and visiting neighboring towns. Property management was responsive with any issues. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a cute spot to land in higher city! "

"Property was very nice and clean. Kitchen was a little dated but still functional. Everything we wanted or needed was available to us. Hot tub was new and clean. The boat dock was great. Very easy to use. 2nd refrigerator was helpful. Overall, I would recommend the house."

"Very cute bungalow and very clean and updated with everything you need to stay comfortably! Loved the decor and everything about it. Only complaint is that its not as remote and secluded as the photos lead you to believe. It's on a street with other homes that you can see from the front and side windows, and no window treatments on the living room or kitchen windows."

"We had a large group of people coming from several states to East Jordan for a family Wedding at the Boathouse. This location was close by to visit through out the day as we needed. Had couple small stores and a gas station very close by for anything forgotten. We had ample parking for everyone arriving separately.The house was just as it's pictured. Everything listed was stocked for our use. We had plenty of seating inside and outside & used all 5 Sleeping areas! The Fur baby features were cute...
