"The property was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything went well. My only complaint was the parking. There was no parking for guests. In lieu of daily passes that allowed me to come and go in comfort, I had to pay and estimate how long I would be parked. Incredibly inconvenient, maddening even, and very wasteful of my money. I hated that."

"Last night, I ran into a young man from Japan. It was past 11 PM, and he couldn't find the entrance to the hostel at the McDonald's downstairs; there was no staff on duty to assist him. He asked me for help. After confirming that he had a reservation, I let him in.
