"먼저 맞이해준 직원분께서 너무 친절하셔서 호텔의 첫 인상이 좋았습니다. 캐리어 바퀴도 닦아서 방으로 가져다주셨고, 늘 웃음을 지어주셨습니다. 숙소 내의 어매니티, 침구류, 주변 집기들과 인테리어 모두 다 조화가 좋았고, 은은하게 풍기는 나무향들이 감싸져 너무 행복했습니다. 저녁에 가이세키 또한 자그마한 반찬부터 메인디쉬까지 정갈하고 깔끔하며 맛있었습니다. 어머니와 함께 한 여행인데 너무 만족해하셨고, 다음에 눈이 많이 쌓여있을 때 다시 이곳을 찾고 싶습니다."

"房間屬於傳統式的裝潢設計，看得出歷史風華，三人房是雙人房直接加一頂沙發床，空間會比較侷促，但大致還行，可以攤開28寸行李箱沒問題。跟國內線直接連通相當方便，不過晚上11點到隔天5點不能互通，這段時間也無法使用溫泉，這是比較可惜的地方，要使用溫泉必須先到櫃檯領取泡湯券，不能無限制使用，這也是一個小缺點。另外，早餐的部分沒有提供吐司，也沒有水果，真令人意外。"
