"It is last minute no other choice expensive order; if the price was 1/3 would make perfect sense the location, the size room, the room facilities, the bad quality, the size of the bath, the variety of th foods do breakfast. If someone pays you - no issue but if you pay yourself stay far away."

"The staff at the front desk were fantastic even though they were so busy!
The first room we were put it had an issue with the sealant on the shower glass - water flooded the bathroom. The staff moved us straightaway. However, both rooms were really run down. There were chips in the bathroom counter. There were marks on the walls. There was rust on the lamps. The mugs had stains.
The towels were really crusty and had holes in them.
Not really what I expect from a Novotel. I doubt I’d get holey...

"Quite poor. The most uncomfortable bed I slept in, had a loose cable on the outside bang on the window all night, plumbing was making really loud noises that kept waking me up. In terms of cleanliness, mould in the bathroom, could see someone else shaved there as there was lots of cut hair on the floor. Overall, if it wasn't for the staff being very polite, it would've been a 1 star"

"The property was easy to access and everything that we needed was provided for e.g. towels, cups, glasses etc. The only issue was there that was no hand towels in the bathroom so you had to remember to take the larger towel with you. "

"the staff were really lovely & helpful!! was my first time travelling alone and i felt really comfortable with the process. the room was decent and i'm not too fussy of a person just want somewhere safe & somewhere to sleep for the night. the cleanliness definitely needs to be stepped up though and noticed some dirty areas in bathroom & room which stopped me from using my shower. other than that, a very decent stay & i would return if i needed something quickly ! "
