Surrounded by scenic woods and peaceful views, you’re just minutes from local farms, Pine Barrens, and beaches of the Jersey Shore. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this cozy retreat is the perfect base for your next getaway.
Please read the rules below and if you`re OK with them, please confirm that you fully agree. We want to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
* This is NOT party house.
* Must be 25 or older to book;
* No smoking in the house. Extra cleaning fee to remove odor and stains may be applied;
* Absolutely NO glitter in the house; it is very hard to remove and we take proud of our clean property; there will be additional cleaning charge of $150 if there is glitter at the property;
* No Un-registered guests;
* No illegal substances or activities permitted
* No firearms permitted;
* No fireworks permitted;
* No pets permitted;
* Respect the neighbors and nature;
* Please be considerate to use makeup towels provided for your convenience in each bathroom for makeup removal. There is a $50 fee for any stained white bath towels.
* House has a septic system. Do not deposit feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, diapers, hand towels or any other non-biodegradable items in the toilet. You can block the septic system. For any damage or clog of the septic system $ 500 fee will be applied.
* No parties (no loud music after 10pm). If guests are found to have a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Guests will be asked to vacate property immediately;
* Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests. It is up to guests discretion and inspection to consume those items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables;
Guest Agrees to pay for damages exceeding deposit;
