Our house was NEWLY renovated, with brand new luxurious bathrooms, a well appointed TWO kitchens and TWO living rooms.


This house is completely newly renovated fo 2022. There are 2 stories, with living room and kitchen on each floor and 2500 square feet for your large group.

The modern living area immediately catches your eye with colorful pillows adorning the large sectional couch. Plenty of seating for the entire family is available.

Hang out on the swing in our indoor sun room, or soak up the sun on our 2nd floor outdoor deck!

With an open layout on the first floor, you can easily chat with all of your family and friends whether they are watching movies in the living area or cooking a homemade meal in the kitchen!

The kitchen, also newly renovated, boasts beautiful granite countertops that add an appealing touch to the well-lit room. Fully equipped for all of your essential cooking needs, the kitchen offers amenities such as a microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals!

Full house

- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
- No smoking.
- No loud exterior noise past 10pm.
- Partying or unregistered guests will result in lease termination and immediate eviction.
- We have a security system for your safety and ours, there are outdoor cameras facing the street and we have an alarm system which you will have access to upon reserving your stay.

Very clean and close to the end of the board walk, walking distance weather permitting about a 12min walk. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. It was not indicated on the listing that you have to go outside to get to the other 3 bedrooms upstairs. Would have like to be able to access the second level directly from the lower level. Lastly the diagram shows bedroom 3 twice which can lead folks to think there is 7 bedrooms instead of 6. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay.

Great House

Its a great house or should i say duplex. 3 br and 2 ba downstairs and 3 br and 2ba upstairs. The location is spot on. Walking distance to the boardwalk and casinos, around the corner from the liquor store and very close to the Tanger Outlets. Very spacious house and bedrooms. Clean as well and beds are very comfortable. Will stay again when i come back to Atlantic City.

Some Issues but nice

Nice house, but the website regarding type of beds/no. of bedrooms isn’t accurate and needs to be updated. Bring your own sheets for the futon - none available so it ran us short on beds. Website should also clearly point out that one has to go outside to go upstairs (saw in a review). Little brown ants in the house, esp. both kitchens. Later found all through our suitcases in the bedrooms so they were everywhere. Host was notified. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We saw things - didn’t feel it was safe to walk to the beach. Otherwise, no other issues. I like we didn’t have to clean before we left.

The house was a nice size. The Communication with the property manager was very good! There was an odd smell to the house. That we could not get out. The house was updated and pictures were Accurate! The neighborhood was a little questionable as there was a lot of cop activity in front of the house durning our short stay.

Nice Home for a big family

Quiet neighborhood...stayed here for a Mother's day Festival! Group of 8 and we had plenty of space. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs.!! Would stay here again in the future! Felt safe in older home neighborhood. 10 min walk to boardwalk.

Ad incorrect.

The ad says that it is a 7 bedroom. It is a 6 bedroom. Also it says that there is a room with 2 twin beds, there is not. 2 rooms have a futon that you cant sleep on due to the wood being right on your back when you lay down. This is 2 seperate units, no stairs in between the units on the inside. Neighborhood seemed a little on the rougher side. House was clean, the owners were nice and worked with us on a couple of things. Would rent again, but would like to have known these things before renting.

FAMILY TRIP

The house was nice and spacious but i wish it was mentioned on the description that the upstairs and downstairs don't connect. Basically it is 2 separate apartments on top of each other. We made it work although definitely needed more cookware since it was alot of us. Not to children friendly with several extra large mirrors sitting around. Overall very nice clean and enjoyed the house we just had to split the group into 2 and go upstairs to check on our older kids often.

Great Stay for Large Family

The place was updated, clean, and stocked for a restful stay. Location is ideal, close to the beach and casinos. We stayed here with our extended family, and were very grateful for the downstairs bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and ample parking space. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group. A bit of a walk from the boardwalk in an area going through a transition for the better, but a very satisfying place to stay.

AC Love

My friends and I loved this house. It was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Loved the disco bathroom mirrors. Very close to the boardwalk. Spacious ,neat and clean. My only problem is we had to go outside to go upstairs. Other than that, I recommend this place.
