  • Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our unit is just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of all the fun Ocean City has to offer. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance!

    This property is a 9 bedroom duplex and this listing is for the upper two-floor unit consisting of 5 bedrooms. If you'd like to rent the just the lower 4 bedroom unit please message us for the VRBO link.

    Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.

    The fireplace is NOT operational at this time.

    Beach tags are needed to access the beach during in-season rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

This is a very nice condo, clean, great location and was surprised and very happy it had an elevator, saved a lot of trips up and down the steps carrying things in.

The house is fantastic for the Jersey Shore. We typically rent down on the other end of the BW near Bob’s. What I loved about this location was all the play spaces by OCHS. We did a girls trip as a Christmas present for my teen nieces. We had 6 girls along with 3 chaperones and 2 babies. There was plenty of room to spread out on the one day that was an entire washout. We only tested out the elevator on the last load of move out. How convenient! Man that would help so much on the move in and grocery runs for our two week trip. I cannot say enough, good things about the experience with the owners and the house. You will not be disappointed.

Terrific accommodatios for 6 adults & 5 young children. Location is 5 star; close to boardwalk & beach. Owner very responsive by messaging.

Great house and location.

A great house for families given the ample space and beds, decks, storage etc. The location is perfect for teens and tweens to hang in the boards while mom and dad are close by. We will be back.

This home was even more extraordinary than we had anticipated! The home itself was absolutely GORGEOUS. The location was closer than the map perceives it to be to the Boardwalk and the views from the location are extraordinary. BOOK YOUR STAY NOW!!

The host was incredibly communicative. Very quick and helpful replies. The home is perfectly suited for families as the bedrooms are set aside from the living space. Highly recommended!

Hi, the owners were great to deal with. The house was perfect for our group would highly recommend this house. The location was perfect and the owners even offered us a late check out on Sunday without charging us. Their communication was top notch. Thank you again for letting us use your house and making wonderful memories.

Family get away

We treated our 4 adult kids and their significant others to a long weekend away, with us. The house was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The location is perfect, steps from the boardwalk/beach. My only complaint, I felt the cleanliness of the home could have been better.

Great Time in OCNJ

This house was perfect for us. We had two full families, my in-laws, and my father. Location was great at the end of the boardwalk and a half-block walk from the beach. The unit was spacious. Jeff, the property own was very communicative leading up to our trip, and he responded within hours anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for any large family or multi-family groups.

The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out

Highly recommend

This is a great house. First of all, the house is huge with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room, a few outside decks, and garage. There is plenty of space for extended families or groups of friends. The upstairs ‘master’ bedroom is the size of 2-3 rooms with a sink and fridge. Location is great, just a very brief walk and you are on the boardwalk. The homeowner is accommodating and easy to reach for questions or problems. A few updates are needed (old toilets, worn carpeting/runners, sliding door locks) but irregardless I would not hesitate to rent this house again.So much fun!
