You won’t find a better location! Stay in luxury at Noble Cottage, located 2 houses behind popular Canton Street; restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries music venues, and spas. Canton street has everything you might be looking for.

If you are looking for that special accommodation... perhaps you are getting married at Founders Hall or Naylor Hall, you can walk to your wedding or your family could or your friends. Perhaps you are getting married at The Gardens at Great Oaks, Primrose Cottage, The Mill... take a carriage ride, it’s a lovely short ride along a tree lined street.
This property is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. It has a kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and bathrooms with luxury finishes with fixtures we hope you will love.
Spring, Summer or Fall we think you will enjoy the large field like back yard and the covered porch that overlooks it. Play crochet or corn hole.

This property interior has so much to offer; two sitting rooms can easily give your family the space to spread out. A Christmas stay would be like staying in a Christmas card house. As the day light hours get shorter, darkness finds us looking for the cozy indoors. Here you will find the gas fireplace will bring a delightful place to retreat to.

Noble Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay for our son’s wedding weekend. The property was clean with plenty of space for our family to gather before and after the wedding festivities! The host was very responsive to our requests! I would highly recommend staying at Noble Cottage.

Outstanding location

We had a wonderful experience staying here for my son's wedding at Primrose Cottage. The location was perfect—just a short drive from the venue, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal home base during such a special weekend.One of the highlights was the backyard. It provided a great space for the groom and his groomsmen to relax and hang out before the ceremony. It was the perfect spot for taking a few pre-wedding photos and sharing some laughs before the big moment.Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and truly added to the joy of the occasion. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the area, especially if you’re attending an event at Primrose Cottage

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at noble cottage was wonderful! The location was perfect for us as we often met with other family members right on Canton Street and it was so nice to not have to drive. The cottage is much bigger than it appears and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The backyard was a surprise bonus! My only suggestions would be 1). The kitchen is in desperate need of sharp knives. We did a lot of cooking and had great difficulty chopping vegetables and meats. 2). The back patio area needs some attention - the concrete is cut up and uneven.We are in the Roswell area often and wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

Great place. Perfect Location!

Three of us were in Roswell for a Wedding at the Kimball Center. This house was perfect - plenty of rooms, especially bathrooms, and walking distance to everything. The layout was awesome. Bedrooms are quiet while others are enjoying the common areas. We did not take advantage of all the amenities due to time. Our host was excellent - very responsive. For what it's worth, we stay in a lot of VRBOs since my wife hates hotels (too noisy). She said this is the BEST one she has ever stayed at! I have to agree.

Gracious Hosts

We were unable to make the trip to this home in the Atlanta area due to Hurricane Helene. The homeowners were amazingly prompt and generous and allowed us to reschedule last minute when we realized we couldn’t make the drive. We can’t wait to make it up later this year and enjoy the house!

Great location and place to stay

Down for Perfect Game’s WWBA tournament. This house was perfect for 6 guests. The location is great as Roswell is an amazing little town with great restaurants. Location was also good for the games we played and is close to East Cobb. Hosts were in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok as well. 100% would recommend this and would stay here again.

Beautiful house in great location!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend along with our two adult children while in Roswell for a memorial service. The house is in a fantastic location about half a block from what I think of as the quieter end of Canton but still within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the area. The house was very clean and the kitchen looked well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer was provided along with a Keurig coffee machine. The beds all had very nice pillows and sheets and were very comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms with showers which was nice for our family. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a huge backyard to play corn hole along with a nice seating area. I have to say that despite being 95 degrees outside the AC worked well and kept the house cool. Zoe was great about checking in with us and making sure everything was okay after we checked in. I highly recommend staying here.

Best Location!!!

Property is super close to all the best restaurants and boutiques in Roswell! We saw deer and lightning bugs while relaxing on the back porch. It was truly magical. Large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Everything is decorated really beautifully. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful experience

My elderly parents came into town and needed a house with no pets and no stairs… we opted to rent versus use a hotel. This was an amazing choice and close to our home. My parents had an amazing stay. I appreciated the communication with the owners and their efforts to accommodate our needs.
