This was a great neighborhood, the house had enough room for all of us, and it was well-suited for our needs.

Our host, Robert was great at communicating. The house was clean and comfortable and our family of 6 felt comfortable and welcome. We hope to visitt again. The house was close to many restaurants and attractions. Ultimately, we highly recommend this rental for families. We will definelty return!Thanks!

Great Stay

The house was great and the host was even better. The communication was great, the neighborhood was quiet and everything came as described in the posting. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Well it wasn't the best experience but it really wasn't that bad either. The stove and the refrigerator broke but they sent out a hot plate and I fixed both the refrigerator and stove but couldn't get oven to work properly. They need to have a door that opens to the outside in the upstairs bathroom because the persons sleeping in the third bedroom upstairs has to come downstairs or go into some else's room to use the rest room. Saw a few roaches but not many and alerted Maintenance. All in all it was ok. Would stay again.

Home was clean and well equipped. A few small maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted our stay.

If I could give this place a zero, I would.Check-in is at 4pm, we arrived at 9pm Friday 4/17/26, and upon arriving we could not get into the home. I was told the code was the last 4 digits of my telephone number, that code did not work at either the front or back door. I called the manager and she provided me with 5 code which none of them worked either. She had to unlock the door from her side. After getting in the home, me and another adult in my party walked upstairs and turned on the kitchen lights and that is when we were met with ROACHES! Yes roaches. We ended up leaving the home, with the 3 children late at night having to find somewhere else to stay. The owner of the property had the manager, Veronica to ask us to reconsider staying if they sent over their pest control service as per Veronica, pest control was just at the home, 4 days ago. This is clearly a pest issue and is an infestation. They also offered us another property 42 minutes away in Cartersville, however after hours of traveling and it being late night with small kids this wasn’t an option. Eventually I was sent a customer service number to Vrbo to get a refund. After an hour of being on hold for an hour and into midnight a supervisor refunded us half the money to pay for one night at the hotel. And I had to call back Saturday 4/18/26 for the other half of the refund to pay for the 2nd night at the hotel. Another hour of being on the phone with a supervisor we were able to be fully refunded. Nightmare.

Nice but house keeping needs additional care

House nice but details to cleaning need work once I cleaned I was happy. Hair in tubs cobwebs grease on table setting food left in disposable which smelled dead bugs on carpet. All things that could have been or should have been cleaned by service. After a good cleaning the stay was comfortable
