Nestled next to Canton St. on a peaceful, historic pavered residential street just beyond the hustle & bustle.

The cottage is ideal as a corporate rental. You'll enjoy a relaxing lifestyle in the heart of Historic Roswell while during your temporary assignment or while relocating.

Have loved living in this neighborhood. We know you will, too! Historic Roswell is a unique Atlanta crossroads where past meets present with modern convenience and flair.

Enjoy cooking up some good times and tasty treats in your home base with a modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and disposal). The kitchen is spacious and provides ample modern, quartz counter space. Cook with a full-set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Fridge has an ice-maker and filtered water. You also have a Cuisinart dual (12-cup drip & k-cup single serve) coffee maker, hot water tea kettle, and a toaster.

Escape to 79.6 recreational acres with a visit to Roswell Area Park, just under a mile away. Enjoy 3.2 miles of lighted trails, 12 lighted tennis courts , 9 fields for football/baseball/soccer/lacrosse, 2 acre lake, 5 large picnic areas (4 avail for rental) and an Olympic size swimming pool.

Local events over the spring and summer include Alive After 5 festivals (3rd Thur each month), arts festivals at Roswell Square, farmers market every Sat. morning, varied performing arts events at Cultural Arts Center (600 seat theater) and the Roswell Area Park's Arts Center.

You will be conveniently located to Hwy 400, Woodstock, Marietta, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, Perimeter Center and Sandy Springs, as well as the Marta train line's North Spring's station.

We had a great stay at the cottage while in town visiting family. Josh was a great host - very welcoming and super communicative throughout our stay. All the info you need is provided on a handy guide at the cottage. We also appreciated the late checkout. Cottage is in a great location - we walked to coffee shops, etc. Beds are super comfy. The kitchen has everything! We loved the coffee maker. Next time we need a place in Roswell, we will definitely stay here!

Amazing, gracious, wonderful hosts!15/10!!! I only stayed 2 nights and feel like they're my BFFs already. Cottage is great and the location can not be beat - walk to everywhere on Canton from a safe and beautiful neighborhood! The area is so popular now and I really appreciate that the cottage was still affordable. Absolutely LOVED our stay and the hosts!

Without a doubt, one of the very best getaway stays for me. An impeccably clean and well-stocked cottage, excellent location for walking to all restaurants and shopping. Josh, the owner, excellent to work with as he communicated so nicely when my flight was rerouted out of ATL. The beds were super comfortable, all kitchen appliances are updated, and all the home info was clear and concise. Thanks, Josh, for everything! My husband and I frequent Atlanta to visit family and this was one of our favorite stays! We could easily walk to tons of restaurants and shopping then walk a few steps back to our tranquil home for the weekend.

Cottage is a gem!

We are so excited to have found this adorable cottage! The location to town is perfect! Delicious restaurants 1/2 a block away! Highlights of the cottage: the host, Josh, was wonderful! So kind and helpful. Warm welcome with music playing and freshly cleaned. Beds comfy. Great TVs with Dish. Beautiful functional kitchen. We can’t wait to go back!

Cozy, convenient, communicative

Location was perfect- walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner and a bit of shopping. TV was easy to operate- extra blankets came in handy, beds comfy, kitchen is well supplied( add a scissors please) needed to wrap gifts! Love having use of washer/dryer. Thank you for v swift communication

Roswell Peach Bowl trip

We traveled to visit our son and his fiance with added excitement to cheer for our ASU Sun Devils in the Peach Bowl. The game and our location in Roswell did not disappoint! We were close to dining, outdoor activities and our family. We found we could easily walk to dining and local shopping. We love coffee and enjoyed every cup we could find! There are great coffee roasters in this area! This location was quiet in a great neighborhood. We were close to a grocery store to plan some of our meals at home with our family. There was plenty of sitting space so all of our family could be together. Josh is a wonderful host and connected with us as soon as we arrived. Everything was as described and we didn’t need to contact him for anything during our stay. A great place!!

Charming Cottage
