Disappointing Stay

I typically don’t leave reviews unless I feel it’s necessary to share my experience, and unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected.From the start, I encountered multiple issues, including:A locked washing machine that I couldn’t open, despite trying everything I could and researching the make/model.No working internet, which was a major inconvenience.No extra towels or washcloths provided, even though the listing clearly mentioned these amenities.I communicated all of these concerns in real-time, asking for someone to come by and resolve them. While I was told housekeeping would address the issues, I never received a follow-up on when this would happen. I granted access to the unit, but nothing was fixed. Even after I sent multiple messages and followed up several times, I received no timely or helpful responses. I even had to ask if someone had come by to check on the issues — still no answers.Despite all of this, I’ve had to deal with these issues throughout my stay, and there’s been no effort to compensate or even address them. The lack of support and attention to guest needs is unacceptable, especially given the price I paid. It’s unfortunate because this place had potential, but the poor communication and failure to resolve issues made my experience disappointing.I would not recommend this place unless you’re prepared to handle things on your own. I’m still awaiting a resolution, which has not come even as I near the end of my stay.

Beautiful but bare

This property was absolutely gorgeous, the room was spotless, amenities exactly as advertised, and staff were so friendly and helpful. However, there was no soap or sponge to wash their dishes, detergent to run the dishwasher or laundry, and for three people we did not receive a blanket for the person staying on the couch and only one washcloth. When I emailed requesting these items, I received no response. Would definitely recommend the property, but you do need to pack EVERYTHING

Reliable with a catch

My partner and I stayed here from 05/29/25 to 06/02/25. The location is great—safe, convenient, and close to nearby attractions. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV had a good selection of channels for relaxing nights in.However, there are some important things to know before booking:•The parking garage is hard to find, and there’s no parking pass—daily parking fees apply even for a 20 minute/1 hr stay, which can add up if you are planning things in between your day.• Our parking garage was on the second floor while our unit was on the fifth floor, making luggage handling tricky even with the elevator.•The bedroom has no curtains, so privacy can be an issue.•Only a few towels were provided, and the washer didn’t work during our stay.•No cleaning supplies or paper towels were available, which was inconvenient.

Great home away

We loved our long weekend stay. The rooftop area and location was wonderful. Wish that we had better quality bathroom towels, otherwise everything was perfect. Would stay here again.
