1. The Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.

2. You will receive complete check-in instructions a couple days before your arrival if you have signed the rental agreement.

3. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Guests must be 23 years older (with the exception of children with their parents)

5. Cancellation policy: 97% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date

6. 6 Person Maximum (children included).

7. Well behaved pets are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property. Pet Fee is $75/dog. Max 2. Dog must be crated when left alone. Guest agrees to keep pets off of all furniture/beds. Guest also agrees to clean up pet droppings from property.

8. There are outside cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

9. No parties of course!

10. No smoking, drug use or vaping of any kind inside or around the house.
