If you want internet, don’t stay here. The internet was out most of our stay. Otherwise the accommodations were pretty good for the cost.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and bright. Parking was confusing (even with the very helpful video explaining how to retrieve the room key). Make sure you find the QR code to pay for parking. There are no signs on the right side of garage that state it’s paid parking. Only negative about the apartment is that there are no additional safety locks after entering the apartment. Someone was knocking on the door at 3am and trying to open the door. I would have felt more comfortable (and probably would have gone back to sleep) if there were additional safety locks.

Wifi went out one night, fire alarm test the next morning , the staff behind the call center weren't really helpful, stressful to try and adjust check in /check out time .

The room was great, and it was so nice to have the laundry and full kitchen available. Parking was easy though spots are limited, and paying for parking was also easy. The apartment was spacious for three, and very comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

The gym was clean big and empty early in the morning , nice pool to cool off in too. Big clean room and quiet place to stay. The walk to the convention center was 12 minutes, mostly through or around the beautiful park.

Loved the security feature of the property . Very clean, nicely decorated & the bed was very comfortable . I would definitely stay here again when in town . The washer and dryer was a nice bonus .

It was clean, beds were really comfortable, walking distance to the basketball arena, aquarium, Olympic park, Coca Cola museum. Parking was $7.95 a day, we didn’t have to fight for parking for the most part. Only small thing I hated that it didn’t have a broom or dust pan to sweep, Laundry was also great! Air went out but I wrote them and they came expeditiously within 3 min and fixed it. Overall great stay for a family of 6

We loved the larger space and the mattress was super comfortable. But the property could have been more clean. Towels were clean, sheets were clean but it was very dusty around, on baseboards, and in drawers. Plus it could seriously use fresh paint. Here’s the major drawback and why we would not recommend staying here: the property is not as secure as it seems. There are residents there but there are a lot of people coming and going. There were clearly parties and people that would ask us to use our key fob to get to the pool area or to a certain floor that either we’re not Nomad guests or Generation residents. However the real kicker for us… we found a c*ack pipe in our bathroom. On the floor next to the toilet. Clearly used by whomever. We had a hard time finding a number for the owner. Eventually they did send their maitinance man that lives there and he is super nice. But we were beyond uncomfortable the rest of our stay with the coming and going people from the building and drug parafanalia found in the bathroom. Do not recommend.

The layout of the apartment style room was perfect, great views, and beautiful. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned. If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn't the place for you as the entire hallway smells terribly and it definitely creeps into the room.

Loved how easy it was to communicate with host and email updates for key access made super easy for understanding. Very clean and loved the non hotel feel, felt like at home. Good walking location for things in the city. Would recommend and use this location again if back in Atlanta!

The location was convenient, but the cleanliness and condition of the unit were disappointing. There was a noticeable cigarette smell, hair on the towels, and saw a roach in the unit. We did not stay the night due to these issues and requested a refund ( which we did not receive yet) for the night we didn’t use. Hopefully improvements can be made.

Everything was very good. But there needs to more parking available for guests. There were a lot of reserved employees parking. The refrigerator needs to be updated it made a lot of noise.

The stay was unsatisfactory. The hallway had an unpleasant odor, and the other residence appeared to be hosting a party on both nights I was there. Additionally, there were no face towels available for use during showers. The parking facilities were inadequate. I am unlikely to consider staying at this establishment again and will instead opt for hotels.
