Graduation

My family can’t to ATL for my son’s graduation from GT. The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes… We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the occasion and the host was very responsive and answered questions promptly. I will definitely rent it again next time I’m in Atlanta.

Lovely well appointed Arts and Crafts home

We were in town for an event in the West End. This location was within an easy even i Atlanta traffic ride to our destination. Many of us had affiliation with the AU Center and it was an easy walk to visit the campuses. The fact that Historic Paschals was 3 block away was a cherry on top of our ice cream.

We came into town for a work trip and this was in a great location and nice a cozy. We have plenty of space and it was nice and clean.

Horrible

The location was close to downtown but it was not stated that property was located in the GHETTO. Neighbors were very loud and had loose dogs. Gunshots were heard very close every night. The population of vagrants is very high in this area. The washing machine did not work. There were small roaches throughout the property. The A/C barely cooled. Overall this place was horrible!

Everything was nice we were close to the downtown area wasn't far from the restaurants we wanted to go to. In walking distance to the Mercedes Ben's stadium.

We stayed for a few days with grandchildren. It was close to everything. We saw The Rolling Stones at Mercedes Benz and were able to walk there and back. We visited several local attractions. The house is large, very clean and quiet. Parking was easy and convenient.

Clean and worked for most of our needs

The house is very clean and was what we needed for the size of our family. There was no Internet and the management company wanted one of us to deal with the Internet company. There was no access to the backyard as it was locked at the fence. No fire pit as advertised. The outdoor space is only the deck and the lawn furniture is only a picnic table.

Very Roomy + Great Accommodation

Hope was quick to respond and provided every accommodation for our stay. The home was very roomy with 5 bedrooms that were large and comfortable. The living/kitchen area was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really convenient to downtown which made this the ideal place to stay. Highly recommend!
