Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park
"I just feel like the amenities fall below the standards of an Omni hotel. The bed was hard, my shower didn't drain properly. My shower never got hot, the water pressure was lackluster. The layout of the north and south towers are very odd. The Staff is the best part of this property."

Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown
"I had a minor issue after checking in. Asked to speak to a manager. Chasis Decatur handled the matter quickly and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! Great attitude! Me and my friends will definitely return next year for our annual girls trip! Hopefully Chasis will still be there just in case we need her again! ..."
