"Mom & daughter spent a lovely week at the Sunrise Cottage. It was smaller than we expected but comfortable, peaceful and well-equipped. We could see that the host puts a lot of time and effort into gardening and beautifying the property and we really enjoyed the beautiful flowers all around. The host was very welcoming and helpful and was readily available to help with anything we asked for. The park pass was a real bonus for us. "Great communication with host. View onto the lake is stunning. Plenty of furniture outside to enjoy the view. Location is pretty central to Wendy’s Market, Elgin and Westport to stock up on groceries. House had all we needed (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, clean towels/linens. AC was nice to have as it was hot during our stay. House was cleaned nicely for our arrival. "

"This is an exceptional cottage with lovely views of the lake. It's just a few minutes drive to Westport which has interesting shops and a good grocery store. The owner was so cooperative and easy to deal with that I have booked a time in June and can't wait to get back to this wonderful cottage. The only caution is that there are stairs to get to the lake which should be considered for someone with mobility issues. "

"We were a large party of 15. There was ample room that no one got in anyone’s way. Soooo much for everyone to be entertained. Can’t swim off the dock but the use of kayaks etc was amazing. Game room was a hit as was the hot tub. Massage chair was amazing. Property was large and beautiful. Private spot so we didn’t need to be afraid that we were too noisy. Plenty of essentials provided for cooking. Very responsive host. "
