Kick back and enjoy the bi-level views of water with fishing and tranquility. This space is perfect for 4-6 people looking for a unique getaway in eastTexas. The scenery is spectacular and the beds are sleep-scapes. The two oversized showers will leave you refreshed and ready for any challenge of life! Come and see the beauty of nature.

Each Villa has two amazing walk in showers, two beautiful bedrooms and two amazing balconies. There are 3 TV’s, wifi and a full kitchen. You will also have an amazing waterfront view with the option of fishing. Comfy outdoor seating is provided as well.

You have freedom to use the entire property. After experiencing the Villa, you won’t want to leave.

There is a keypad for entry during your stay.

It’s likely we won’t be on property but we should have someone near by to assist you should the need arise.

The area is great for walking. There’s a beautiful country road with no outlet that is safe for morning and evening walks. Enjoy the tranquility!

There will also be a fire pit/grill outside and some cool Adirondack chairs to kick back in. Don’t forget your fishing poles!

As you come down FM 753, you will see some yard signs that say, “Selah.Place”. There will be an entrance that turns to a white rock road. Take right and then a right.

Hey there. Your arrival is coming up soon. We want to be sure you are aware of all of our house rules. All Villas and Casitas come as is and our all less than 12 months old. There will be no changes, updates or additions unless required by management/host.

We will not accept any dishonoring or disrespectful behavior. If there is, you will be asked to leave immediately. And there will be no refund.

No updates, changes, holes in the walls, or furniture moved is allowed by any guest. All towels, robes, Villa items inside and out must stay with the Villa.


NO NOISE Policy between 9pm and 8am. If other guests in near by Villas and Casitas complain, there will be 1 request for silence and the next infraction will result in an immediate removal from the property.

Please NO SHOES worn in the Villa. There will be a shoe tray available for you inside. We recommend you have a set of house shoes for your convenience. Also, please keep the entrance doors closed during extreme temperatures for a more comfortable stay.

NO SMOKING around the front doors or inside the house. If there is a smell of smoke in the house, there will be an additional $150 charge. Please do not leave any loose trash outside of the home. Kindly place all trash from inside and out in the GREEN DUMPSTER as you leave the property. If trash has to be collected inside or outside of the home after your checkout time, there will be a $50 charge. .

Also, please wash any dishes you use and place them on a dry mat on the kitchen counter. There will be an additional $25 cleaning fee for dirty dishes left behind.

NO PETS are allowed in this Villa. This is due for the sake of other who have pet allergies and can`t stay in a Villa where pets have been. If there is a pet found to have been in this Villa there will be a $750 additional charge for deep cleaning. This is a new construction home and comes as is with all of the amenities noted.

There will be no adjustments made beyond the preparations that are made for each of our guests. If there are any needs for us to enter the space while you are here, we will request the day of a good time to enter. We continue to update our homes to keep the experience excellent for all current and returning guests.

Departure Instructions:
Please place all used sheets in the in the washer and start the cycle. There is a detergent ball inside already.

Please leave all used towels on the floor in a pile.

Please leave pillows and comforters on beds.

Place all 3 a/c units on 75 cool. current and returning guests.

If these instructions are not followed, there will be an additional $75 fee added. Thank you for helping us keep your `Cleaning Fees` at a low cost.
