This is a cozy maisonette offering absolute comfort and able to accommodate up to 8 people in 120m2 of two floors interior space plus great outdoor areas.

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom and an open space kitchen, dining and living room. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms one of them offering access to a beautiful private balcony. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor.

The maisonette is air-conditioned but there is also central heating and a fireplace for wintertime visitors. It offers great outdoor areas such as private first-floor balcony, roofed terrace and a beautiful garden with barbeque area.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Athens in the seaside resort of Port Rafti only 1km away from the nearest beach. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Athens city center but also be next to the beach offering all kinds of services, shops, water sports, and nightlife.

• Bedrooms
The maisonette offers 4 bedrooms. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with TV, roof fan, and window overlooking the garden. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with an extra sofa bed. The room has access to a beautiful private balcony with outdoor furniture. On the same floor, there is more one twin bedroom and one single bed bedroom.

• Bathrooms
The maisonette offers two bathrooms with shower cabin, one on each floor. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. There is a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso maker and filter coffee machine. The dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate six persons.

• Living Room
The kitchen, dining room and living room are in one open area on the ground floor. There is a sitting area with two sofas, coffee table, and a fireplace. A TV and air condition are available.

• Outdoors
The first floor of the maisonette has a beautiful private balcony with great views of the garden and surrounding area. The ground floor is surrounded by a paved terrace with plenty of space to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun. There is a barbeque, sitting and dining area. The garden is fenced and totally safe if you are traveling with children. There is private parking space within the complex.

Porto Rafti is a beautiful coastal town in Attica, located 35km south-east of Athens city centre. The area offers all necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, cafes and restaurants. Athens International Airport is only 15km away.

The beach gets very popular in the summer, due to the numerous Athenian visitors taking a short break from the daily routine. The beach is well-protected from the strong winds due to the two rocky islands that block them. There are water sports, sundecks and beach bars in Porto Rafti, where the young crowds gather. The surrounding area offers plenty of cafeterias, night bars and excellent tavernas.
