Situated very close to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, this modern 70 sq m. two-bedroom, fully refurbished penthouse is the perfect setting for a short or long stay in the historical center of Athens.
Ideal for couples, family occupants with one or two children, or a business trip, is the perfect base to explore the vibrant Athenian scene. An ideal home away from home for business or pleasure, alike.
Accents of earthy colors offer tranquility and good taste to the stylish and modern penthouse, creating a welcoming feel.
It benefits from a living room with dining table and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with KIng Size beds, minimally styled open plan kitchen and two luxury bathrooms -the one offering unique views from the window.
The kitchen is fully equipped -also with a washing machine-, while the bedrooms have wide windows overlooking Athens and the Acropolis -even when you are lying on your bed. Not a dream, but reality!
Situated on the fifth floor, featuring a huge veranda, the home is peacefully quiet, with natural light flooding through the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors. The veranda, with plants and comfy furniture, gives you serene views to the Acropolis and a place to unwind.
Lift access is available.

This was a great place to stay with our group of four adults. The location was great to walk to the Parthenon and all the neighboring areas for the many restaurants and shops. There’s a hop on hop off bus stop nearby too. The view from the balcony is amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Athens. Transportation was scheduled for us from the airport and to the ferry. The driver was always courteous and on time. He also helped find luggage storage when we arrived before the check in time.

Fantastic

Two couples stayed two days. The place was clean, accommodating, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the Acropolis view. Everything was updated. The neighborhood was safe. Food close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything in photos is accurate. Great apartment and great neighborhood. You will be surrounded by the best cafes and coffee shops and next door to one of the very best Greek restaurants is a door away. All these places are enjoyed by Greeks and tourists alike. The acropolis museum is a four block walk as is a bakery with a line of mostly Greeks waiting for their morning pastries. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy wonderful Greek pastries on your balcony overlooking the acropolis for breakfast.

Great location, walkable to everything.

This was a great property in an excellent location. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, and all the great restaurants and shops easily. There was a nice, large patio as well. One issue is that there needs to be an awning or large umbrella for the patio which gets loads of afternoon sun and is simply too hot to use in the afternoon.

Amazing place

This was our first place to stay on our trip and it did not disappoint. The pictures do not do the view justice. It’s located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to everything you want to see. Great restaurants wherever you look. We went to a local market around the corner, and got some meats, and cheeses and spent down time sitting on the balcony just looking at the view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. We had a little difficulty getting into the building upon arrival, but found the apartment to be clean and the views were fabulous. We could walk to local dining and shopping g and never felt unsafe. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

You MUST stay here if coming to Athens

Had the most incredible stay at this property. Every single room had the most gorgeous view of the acropolis. It was so conveniently located to everything which was especially nice on our hot days and when we wanted to grab a quick bit at an amazing restaurant. The host was fantastic with getting us too and from the airport and helping with our luggage and truly helped make it an incredible vacation.

A Great Find

The entire group of four seniors traveling to Athens on this trip felt the Falirou property was nearly perfect. -From the little coffee shop two doors down the street to the many varied restaurants within 100 steps of the front door, it provided an easy and enjoyable 5 day visit. -The proximity to the Acropolis and the Plaka shopping was an enjoyable and easy 5 to 10 minute stroll. -The units amenities were new, clean, fully functional and made you feel instantly at home. -Grocery Markets were a short 3 block walk to help us stock the apartment for our stay. -The property management was wonderful in assisting us with transfers to the property from the port and to the airport for our return. -AND Oh Yes! the morning for coffee and evening for wine view of the Acropolis from the spacious penthouse patio was spectacular. The best summary is the trip was worry free and simple, the way you want a vacation to be. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Athens.
